About this property
Mullins Mead is a charming house in a picturesque Wiltshire village.
The house has been entirely renovated recently, so it is clean, comfortable and has every facility you might need. The kitchen-diner and sun room both have underfloor heating and a Sonos sound system. The two lounges with TVs allow separate viewing for the family, with Netflix & BBC iPlayer, as well as PS4 for gaming children and a large DVD collection for sensible adults!
The rooms are all spacious, light and clean. The main bedroom has a balcony looking onto the abundant garden, with a stream flowing through it and the opportunity to catch crayfish! The house is the last in the village, so has 270 degree views of typical English open country.
There are plenty of games available and a table tennis table in the garage. The treehouse will keep the young amused (but you must be careful). Lunches under the trees in the garden, with the BBQ nearby, are idyllic.
If the evening brings a nip in the air, there is a wonderful open log fire for you to use. Or, if the weather is balmy, a firepit outside will keep you cosy, whilst you star gaze (as the house is located in the protected Cranborne Chase Dark Sky area).
It has been a wonderful home for our family for ten years and we hope you will enjoy it too.
