Wonderful apartment, about 140 square meters, located 200 meters from the beach of Can Picafort (Alcudia Bay) on the Island of Mallorca. It consists of 2 rooms with two single beds and 1 room with double bed; 1 Main bathroom, with shower and hairdryer, and a shower room; large kitchen with all kinds of appliances: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, etc ...; dining room and living room; large terrace-bacon on wide avenue that gives access to the beach. It also has an attic with library, television and solarium terrace with spectacular views over the bay. The apartment with Wifi connection

Rundum zufrieden

Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Das einzige Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Dafür standen uns 3 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Appartements ist ebenfalls optimal gelegen. In ca. 5 Minuten ist man sowohl am Strand als auch im Zentrum. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.

Der Weg zum Meer sehr nah. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. In der Nachbarschaft hatte es sehr viele Hunde welche mit ihrem Gebell störend waren. Die Unterhaltungsmusik vom nahe gelegenen Hotel war weniger störend und auch nicht jeden Abend. Die Wohnung sehr grosszügig und die Vermieterin (Isabel) sehr nett🤗

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Can Picafort dans le logement d'Isabel qui d'ailleurs nous a réservé un accueil très agréable !! L'appartement est très propre, très bien situé (la mer est à 2 minutes à pieds), bien équipé et très spacieux !! Nous tenons à remercier Isabel pour sa confiance et sa gentillesse. Pour finir, si quelqu'un hésite à louer cet appartement, il peut y aller les yeux fermés !!!

es war alles schön, außer sehr heißen und unruhigen Nächten ohne Klimaanlage. Apartment ist wirklich zu empfehlen, jedoch nicht im Hochsaison mit hohen Temperaturen, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne würden wir hier wieder Urlaub machen.
