Villa se encuentra por encima de la hermosa ciudad de Mlini, ni siquiera 15 min. En coche desde el casco antiguo de Dubrovnik. Las amplias terrazas ofrecen hermosas vistas al mar y se relajan en la piscina climatizada. Villa tiene un hermoso jardín con olivos viejos, higos y otras plantas mediterráneas. Villa tiene 220 m2 y dos niveles con teracce 100 m2 ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. Recién amueblado, consta de 4 dormitorios, 4 baños y aseo separados, cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, horno, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, vajilla, nevera, cafetera), comedor, sala de estar y una gran terraza también equipada con barbacoa y grandes Mesa para 12 personas. Villa también está equipada con aire acondicionado, TV satélite, TV LCD, conexión inalámbrica a Internet, secador de pelo. Playa en Mlini es de 20 min. caminar cuesta abajo, así como la estación de autobuses, restaurantes, tiendas lungo mare, banco, oficina de correos. El aeropuerto está a 15 min. conducir.
Se le pedirá la tarjeta de identidad o el pasaporte a su llegada para registrarse en la oficina de turismo. Los datos se utilizan para registrar su entrada y la duración de la estancia en Dubrovnik.

Views and villa are fantastic. Would most certainly go bsck and stay in Mlini as great location for exploring. Owner is really helpful in making your stay enjoyable. Used Uber as it was so easy to use and also very reasonably priced

A beautiful and spacious villa in a fabulous location only 10 minute walk to the centre of Mlini. The views from the terrace and most bedrooms are outstanding. The host was very welcoming and helped make our stay a memorable one

Special place!

We had a wonderful time at Dubo's villa Art Gallery. We enjoyed the house with its beautiful pool, garden and seaview. The host Dubo was extremely friendly and helpful. We would love to come back again.

Enjoyable stay

Very nice villa with the great views overlooking the sea. Very clean, comfortable. Dubravko was of great help with all his advise on what to do and where to go. The wine tasting was enjoyed by all. The villa if you do not have a car is not within a safe walking distance to any shops. Uber app came in very useful. Like previous reviews the beach is down some steep steps - we did discover a short cut through a hotel to come back up. Great location for Dubrovnik and Cavtat - 15 mins each way

Villa Arte - beautiful

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The owner Dubravko lives downstairs and is very friendly and helpful, and whilst he is around, he doesn't intrude. Instead, he was always around to sell his homemade wine which was better than the other wine we tasted at local vineyards. The house is very comfortable and suits large groups as you have your own space but can come together in the communal areas and, mainly, the pool. And what a view - I'm desperately missing this already. It's a walk down some steps into town where you can catch a boat to all the places you might want to go nearby. Don't hesitate - this place is a gem

Definitely NOT a luxury house

My family and I stayed at the house for 10 days and unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. First thing I have to mention is that the owner lives on the property. He has a room adjacent to the house where he lives. Information that was not disclosed to us and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing. It was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and disturbing to see him every single day around the pool area, outside the garage when we were walking out, giving us unsolicited advice, etc. We also found a pill behind the door of our bathroom. It could’ve been a Tylenol, but the point is that the house was not cleaned properly if they missed a huge white pill on dark tile.During the check in process, the son kept talking badly about the previous guest, which kind of made us feel uncomfortable. Not very welcoming, not professional. On the positive note, the house has great views.

A fantastic villa and pool

Our family of 5 loved this villa with pool. We had more than enough room. Dubravko, the owner was very helpful and left welcome gifts for us. The villa was very well equipped and the pool was brilliant. The lovely beach is a 10 minute walk. Longer to get back as lots of steps ! I would recommend a car to get around. Less than 5 minutes to the supermarket and 20 mins to Dubrovnik old town. 15 minutes from the airport (but couldn’t hear the planes) We would all recommend this villa, 5 ⭐️
