Villa ROSEMARY is located only 50 meters from sea, in beautiful part of Dubrovnik, just 20 min walking distance from UNESCO's old city Dubrovnik. Recently remodeled modern - style has 220 m2 of inner space on two floors + 65 m2 of terrace with gorgeous view overlooking the sea. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilet room, 2 living room ( living room on the 1th floor sofa is not for sleeping) , kitchen on the first floor, one more kitchen on 2th floor and one more bedroom, bathroom, living room with extra queenside bed on 2th floor and can accept up to 10 persons. Villa ROSEMARY has solid wood flooring , fully equipped kitchens and fully equipped bathrooms. It is equipped with LED TV, and internet.
ROSEMARY has an extraordinary south-facing position, on the seafront, on the cliff above magnificent lagoon. This position provides a breathtaking view, clarity, unparalleled sunshine, and the beach at your fingertips. Beautiful BELLEVUE beach under the house even have a cave where you can swim in to it.
Guests will be provided with entire Villa, completely private terrace with furniture and private parking place.
Bus station for old town is 5 min from Villa and ride with bus lasts 4 min.
In addition, the Villa is surrounded by all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: restaurants, cafes, theaters and open-air cinema, shops and grocery stores, newsagent, pharmacy and medical center, bus station and taxi, etc. Finally, visitors are welcome to use services of one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubrovnik (Rixos Hotel, 5 Stars), terrace bar, caffe, restaraunt. Pool ( indoor and outdoor) gym, sauna, turkish bath, all this you can use for 70 euro per night per person in Hotel Rixos next to Villa Rosemary.
We will provide our guests with the best possible treatment. We will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. Our Villa is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, I can assure them we will be available to them during every moment of their stay!

This place was perfect for my family great location! Taj mahal was our favorite restaurant, in walking distance. Views were amazing! I fell in love with Croatia. People were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this villa!

We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of things we noticed was to poor light above the kitchen sink, stove and that area. May need new rubber around the glass showers as the water was leaking through the cracks. We were 8 but the dining room could only accommodate 6 person.

The Villa was great...

Fantastic vacation property for our family. We did not mind being out of the core old city area, very quiet and a nice, little used beach right below. The villa was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed it very much and would absolutely stay there again when we return to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful Villa

Very roomy and well stocked villa with beautiful views and a swimming area close by. Initially there were some issues with cleanliness but the host responded right away and took care of it.

Perfect for Families

This property was perfect for our stay. The host was amazing, super responsive, and accommodating. We enjoyed the comfort of Villa Rosemary and the proximity to the Rixos was nice because we were able to use the pool and other amenities there in addition to our stay at the Villa. The beach was a short walk (maybe 10 min.) and the Old city about 25min. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

It was worth all of the stairs

The apartment was fabulous! The location was great for our daily adventures. As we were all 70+, the stairs were not desirable, but, the apartment, view and deck at the top made it worth it. Luggage, however, was a whole 'luther issue!

Lovely plase to stay

We stayed at the Villa for a two week in Febuary and the Villa is exactly as shown in the photos and as described in the listing. The view is stunning and the location is perfect with lots of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The Old town is a 10 min walk. Srdjan is a great host and was available to answer any questions at short notice. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Dubrovnik.

An excellent stay in a lovely villa.

Our group of 6 very much enjoyed our stay in Villa Rosemary. The location is outstanding, overlooking a lovely swimming cove, although it is a steep walk back up. The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped with good quality appliances. It was pleasant being away from the noise and crowds of the old town and the bus service into the old town is convenient to the villa. Our host, Srdjan, was extemely friendly and helpful. We are happy to recommend Villa Rosemary.

Incredible Home!

This was a WONDERFUL home in every way! Our check-in was smooth, we were met by Srdjan and showed the house, etc. We had more than enough room and the home was "spotless!" The ocean views and proximity to the Old City make this house a 11!!! We couldn't have been more satisfied and our stay was just abslutely delightful! We would come back to visit the VILLA ROSEMARY, without hesitation!

Luxury indors and stunning views

The house was superb, better than pictured, the view was amazing! There is a beach just under to the house which was very convenient for those days you don't want to walk or drive too far. Close enough to the city to easily walk (15-20 min) but far enough that there isn't any noise. Staff was very responsive and helpful, whenever we had a question they responded immediately and was at the apartment quickly when we needed something. I highly recommend this Villa

Srdjan made us feel welcome and made sure we knew that we could contact him at any time if there was a problem We had slight problem with a cistern in one of the toilets, it was rectified immediately Villa is only a 15 minute walk all downhill to the old town Taxi or bus back takes a few minutes Villa has everything you need and there is a nice bakery a few minutes away and a supermarket just past the Rixos hotel next to the villa A couple of nice restaurants at the top of the stairs round from the villa el torro and fine dining st Magellan Great family holiday which we all enjoyed

WOWSERS with tiny showers

the apartment is magnificent, the location is perfect, and the view is to kill for. property is well taken care of as well, and the host is super friendly and nice. my only strife is the really small showers, and lack of shower in the really big bathroom, (which has a tub, but no shower). this was a bit of a problem for 5 guys all over 6 feet tall, but otherwise should be okay for shorter and smaller people.

Review of our stay at Villa Rosemary

We had a large group (over 50) visiting Dubrovnik with most of them staying at the 'Rixos' luxury hotel. We desired to stay somewhere with more of a Dubrovnik experience. Villa Rosemary was an excellent choice. Great location (a leisurely 10 minute walk along the water to the 'Old City'). Check in and check out was seamless as was our communication with Srdan through 'Whatsapp'.. all questions we're answered immediately . The accommodations at the house were very nice with nothing lacking. We had four of us staying there but it can accomodate 6 easily as one of the rooms was not even used. Great value for the money. and would highly recommend.

Love it

Wow. This apartment is incredible. It's beautifully remodeled and the location is to die for. The beach down below was amazing and it really took us about 5 minutes to walk there. The terrace views were incredible. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, drinking wine and eating dinner. Old town was about a 10/15 minute walk. Going the other direction for about 15 minutes we were able to get to the ferry that takes you to a bunch of different islands. There are great local restaurants nearby (go to Pizzeria Falcone!).

More than Perfect!

We had a wonderful week here. Srdjan and Jadranka were perfect hosts and did everything they could to make sure our stay was stress free. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures do not do justice to the view from the terrace and living room. It was stunning and a view that delighted us every moment we spent there. It is perfect for a family with a small child. The terrace was completely enclosed so we could let our two year old toddler run about without worrying about her. Srdjan was also very helpful in providing a travel cot. The apartment is excellently located being next to a beautiful cove beach where we could swim and still within walking distance of the old town of Dubrovnik. The bus service into the old town was also excellent.

Beautiful home, fantastic location

Property is perfect location, only 15-20 min walk to Old Town. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to small convenience store and bakery and a few nice restaurants. The view from the patio is amazing Loved that we could walk down the steps to the beach and swim. House is very clean, kitchen well stocked (coffee machine + filters- very important for the addicts). Everything is very tastefully decorated. Washing machine + detergent was nice since we went through a lot of clothes sweating in the heat. Patio is big and provided a nice place for coffee and a yoga/exercise area for my friends and I in the mornings. Beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms are small but very clean. The whole place has a very fresh modern “new” feel inside but looks very “old” and charming outside. Probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. Very accommodating host who arranged transportation from airport also. Highly recommend, traveled with friends.

Beautiful Villa!

We were three couples that stayed at the villa. The property is lovely & set above the beach with views from several rooms. There is easy access down to the beach (not for handicap) as well as a nice resort where you can rent a day bed. We did go to the resort & while the front desk lounge charge was 80 euro for the day, when we asked at the pool bar, they were willing to charge only 30 euro if you ate or drank there. I am not sure if this would be the case during high season. We were there June 6-11. The villa itself is lovely & was clean. There are AC units throughout & a washing machine. There is outside space which we utilized for happy hour. Communications with the owner was great. It should be noted in the event you have three couples like ourselves, that there is 2 full bathrooms with showers & a small half bath. The entry to the two bathrooms with showers are located in their adjoining bedrooms. That meant the last bedroom did not have a dedicated shower & they had to use the showers located in the other two bedrooms. The location is about a 15-20 minute lovely walk to the walled city of Dubrovnik. You can hop on a bus easily for about 2 euro. If you get the Dubrovnik Pass (which I suggest), it is included. As a side note, do not take taxis which are outrageously expensive. Take Uber or Lyft which are reasonable. Rent a scooter for the day up the street! Super fun & cheap. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Tolle Villa fußläufig zur Altstadt

Sehr liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtete Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ideal um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Kiesstrand ist über Treppen erreichbar. Die Altstadt ist in 20 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Dubrovnik Delight

Great location with beautiful view. Close to the restaurants named Taj Mahal and Magellan. We found the beds too soft but they would be ok if you like a foam mattress. Construction workers on the outside of the building start early and make noise most of the day.
