Beware! horrible owners and the listing is a scam!
Reader beware: We have been traveling for years with family and friends, renting homes all over the world. this was our worst experience ever. This can only be described as a scam. The "owners" have at least five listings that we found of the same house so that you don't see the negative reviews. When we arrived, they told us there was no hot water but they were trying to fix it. For the first three days of our four day stay we did not have hot water, but instead of apologizing, the owner was accusing us of making up the fact that there was no hot water, and insisted that we send her videos to prove it - when she started off our arrival by apologizing for no hot water. The entire title of the listing is a lie, because the hot tub didn't work, and we were told it was an extra fee and not included in the booking - same thing with the sauna, both of which are listed in the title. in addition to not having hot water or being able to use the sauna or hot tub, the oven permanently doesn't work. There is a small, countertop toaster oven - certainly not appropriate to be used to cook meals for 8 people. One of the bathrooms has no shower curtain, with the shower head fixture broken. The bathroom upstairs has a broken fixture on the bidet so water just sprays everywhere. The house was not clean when we arrived - cobwebs everywhere, smell of smoke throughout. The house is literally falling apart and yet the owner tried to steal our security deposit by completely making up stories.
