House with a farm of 1400m2 located a few meters from the pine forest, in a rural and quiet, but at the same time near the center of San Rafael, El Espinar.
Ideal for mountain breaks, mtb routes, mushroom and mushroom area, hiking, or just breathe clean air and relax.
The village is on the same slope of the Alto del León (Sierra de Guadarrama), well connected by road (A6 Madrid-Coruña), by train and bus.

Realmente aconsejable. Hemos estado en familia 13 personas, con niños, y fenomenal. Un lujo tener 6 baños. El jardín, la piscina… todo genial.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente en todo momento, nos dio muchas facilidades tanto para la entrada como para la salida. La casa está genial, cuenta con todo lo necesario. El lugar y los alrededores son muy agradables. Recomendable 100%.

Nochebuena en familia

Pasamos la noche buena del 2015 y tuvimos algún problema por parte del intermediario pero una vez hablado con César (el propietario) todo fue perfecto. El trato no pudo ser mejor. Por poner un ejemplo, el lavavajillas se rompió y al día siguiente teníamos uno nuevo funcionando. Como digo ante cualquier posible problema, siempre estaba dispuesto a arreglarlo rápidamente. La casa es muy amplia y aunque fuimos más personas de la capacidad máxima pudimos apañarnos cómodamente. Lastima que fuimos en Navidades y no pudimos aprovechar a bañarnos en la piscina particular de la Finca, lo dejaremos para otra ocasión. Recomiendo la casa a todo aquel que quiera pasar unos días de descanso en familia. Y sí podeis hablar directamente con el dueño desde el primer momento. Un saludo!!

Limpia y bien equipada

Hemos estado este fin de semana 9 adultos, 5 niños y 3 bebés y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa está muy limpia, en particular sábanas y toallas. La piscina y los columpios geniales para los niños. El dueño muy atento y disponible. Volveremos seguro.

Buen fin de semana

Hemos estado este fin de semana 5 parejas y 8 niños y ha estando muy bien. Mucho espacio esterior para jugar los niños y muy bien por dentro la casa. La barbacoa funciona maravillosamente Y el trato con Cesar (el dueño) inmejorable. Nos volvemos muy contentos.

Pasamos un fin de semana con 15 amigos, y la verdad, todo perfecto, desde la atención por parte del dueño, a todos los detalles que podíamos encontrar. Todo lo que se puede esperar de un alojamiento y mucho más. Mi felicitación al dueño
