Living room with sofa(futon, sleeps 1-2), smart.TV with Starlink service, and a large private balcony with a dining table. The patio has ocean view to one side and a nice view looking out across the growing development of Mahahual town. The property location is in the heart of town, giving you quick access to the beach and "malecon" (1 minute walk across the street). The Mahahual "malecon" (boardwalk) is a walkway parallel to thw yo e beach that is closed to vehicle traffic. Take a stroll to the lighthouse and you will see and experience shopping, people watching, beautiful beach and views, restaurants, beach clubs, and water activities. Favorite water activities in the area include snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kite surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and much more. The area is world renowned for the high quality scuba diving excursions that explore the largest coral reef in Mexico and second largest in the world. Guests can rent jet skis, kayaks, parasailing, bicycles, or simply go walking along the beautiful white sand beach.
