New owners of this lovely condo located in Miramar beach. White sandy beaches and blue emerald waters
Just steps from the beach with private gated beach access.
Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. (HOA rules of occupancy limits)

All linens are cleaned every visit, every guest. Shower liners are washable and cleaned every visit too.
Newly painted in a soft décor. New linens, New Sofa with Memory Foam bed, New Recliner

Updated kitchen white cabinets and granite look countertops
NO Pets and NO Smoking
Person renting must be 25 years old or greater and must be one of the occupants staying in the Condo during the duration of the stay.

Destin has to offer everything you need to enjoy the best vacation. Plenty of shopping and dinning to suite anyone. Pompano Joes and Crab Trap are within walking distance of our complex. Enjoy walking on the walking path located along Scenic Gulf Drive. You can bring your bicycles and ride them along the path as well. We have 1 large heated pool and 1 hot tub and plenty of parking. Like grilling well we have that covered as well. 3 small out door grills located near the back pool as you watch the kids play.

Great Place and Location

Miramar beach trip

Simple but nice and clean, small one bedroom condo that is just fine for 1 or 2 people , there is only one bathroom i would not recommend to have more people staying . I was by myself so it worked well for me .

Enjoyed our stay - rate was reasonable without a lot of additional fees at other locations.

A few suggestions: Bathroom rugs are too slick without skid backing (especially for older people like us). Dark blue towels in bathroom were washed with too much softener and not able to dry yourself off after a shower. One of the drain stoppers in the kitchen sink was broke when we got there. The fish dish on the kitchen counter had a broken piece when we arrived. The lower cabinet on the left of the stove has a shelf support that is missing. There are only 3 supports holding up the shelf - we put one of the plastic drink containers under it to support it.

Great experience from beginning to end. Was able to contact owner and get a response with a couple minutes. Place was clean and well maintained. Sheets, towels and dishes all clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place to stay!

It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! The pool was perfect for the kids!! The beach was so close! Everything worked out great! We can’t say enough about how much fun we had!!! We’re hoping to be back next year!!

Awesome location!

This unit was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Great communication with owner. Right across the street to private beach access. Many walkable restaurants, very close to shopping. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The grounds were immaculate.

Relaxing last minute getaway

The owner was quick with his responses and easy to work with. This was a last minute trip—scheduled only a few days in advance. Location was great, with the beautiful beach just across the street. Also enjoyed several restaurants within walking distance. Great trip!

My family and I loved our stay, the location and two pools were big hits with the kids! Our only complaint was lack of spare towels and storage. The rental slept 6 and only came with 6 towels, that was difficult. Other than that we loved our stay!

Cozy and complete

This place had everything that we needed. Frank was prompt on all responses to any inquiries. This was not our initial vacation plans due to all the craziness that was going on we had to cancel our original plans for a trip to the East coast. As a last minute backup this booking went very smoothly and had a beach, a pool and a very complete little condo. The location is across the main road to the beach but absolutely a short walk to a beautiful beach. I would absolutely recommend this is a family getaway spot.

We absolutely love Destin!! We go every year. We’ve stayed at Gulf View numerous times and have always been very satisfied. This unit was very nice. It had everything that we needed! The entire process went very smoothly. Frank is great to respond to messages quickly. He called shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was good. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay in it again!! The location is perfect!! Just steps to the perfect beach!!! Beautiful!!!!
