About Robbie Ferrito

Hi. We are Megan and Robbie. We have been visiting Reno since 1994 and finally made the plunge and bought in 2017. We are very excited about our new family vacation homes but will be renting it out as we currently we live in Pasadena, CA. We have another home in North West Italy that has been on VRBO for about a year but we have been renting it out since 2010 when my Italian husband declared his love of California and we relocated here.

Robbie Ferrito purchased this house in 2017

Why Robbie Ferrito chose Northeast Reno

This is a very special home. For a little home it feels very spacious. The hallways are wide, as are all of the access ways. It was built for a handicap couple back in the mid 80s. The pictures don't capture well enough the sense of space that the home offers. All of the rooms offer very comfortable beds and there are high end sheets for each bed. The best thing about the house is that it is close to everything. 8 min to downtown reno, 3 min to UnR, 10 min to the airport and within 8 min you are on I80 west to hit the slopes. The neighborhood is very quiet. You won't see much traffic on the street. The house backs up to a Nature reserve so it is peaceful and beautiful. Every time we are packing up to go back to Pasadena we are sad to leave.

What makes this house unique

Great location, spacious, well appointed and updated home.

Beautiful

  • 5 of 5

Our stay and visiting with siblings and their spouses was over and above what we expected.

The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked but more importantly, it was spotlessly clean. The owners are great to deal with and kept in touch by email throughout planning.

You won't be disappointed by renting this home for your vacation. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here.

Very nice house and view from deck.

We had a great 5 day stay, 86 year old grandma loved the master bed with bath. Washer and dryer came in handy, the kitchen was well equipped, even had coffee available to make in the morning. Wedding went off without a hitch. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

North Reno--Clean and well appointed.

  • 5 of 5

We had a very pleasant stay in this nice house. It is situated on the edge of a deep ravine, facing an empty hillside. There were no lights to be seen at night so it felt very private. Lots of interesting wildlife down in the ravine, from coyotes & vultures to chipmunks & dirt bike riders. The sunsets were amazing. Highly recommended!

Robbie and Megan are terrific hosts. The house is large and roomy with all conveniencies including a terrific AC! It is easy to get to and only minutes from downtown. It is our second time there and we will certainly stay again the next time we are in Reno. Absolutely 5 stars in every respect. You simply will not find a better place to stay in the Reno area.
