The Space:
This apartment in Brezzo di Bedero enjoys its own independent entrance. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, good sized bathroom and terrace.

The living area is to the front of the property and has doors to a balcony area overlooking the lake, the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif or to watch the sun setting over the mountains. This room also has a beautiful original fireplace. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. There is satellite TV in both the master bedroom and living area. The property has free wifi internet access access. There is a sofa bed in the living area allowing the property to sleep 5 in total. Or, alternatively, it is possible to put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms.

Outside there is a private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and equipped with BBQ. Steps also lead down from this apartment in Brezzo di Bedero to a private beach area, exclusively for the use of guests in this apartment and the 2 adjacent apartments. For those wishing to bring a boat, there are buoys and a dock.

Each apartment has an allocated parking space but access to the apartment is tricky because of the curved driveway. We therefore recommend bringing a small vehicle that will be easy to manoeuvre!

As an added bonus, guests at this apartment in Brezzo di Bedero are also welcome to use facilities at the Hotel Camin in Colmegna which is a short drive away. Here there is a sauna, jacuzzi and private beach area with parasols and sun loungers.

The Neighborhood:
Brezzo di Bedero is a popular village on Lake Maggiore. The apartment is in an ideal lakeside setting, surrounded by 1000 square metres of parkland. It is a short drive from the property to the nearest shops and restaurants, however, due to the lack of pavements along the road, it's not possible to walk to any amenities.

Getting Around:
A car is essential.

We think that this is a really spectacular conversion of a historic lakeside villa into 3 beautiful, contemporary apartments. A stay here at this apartment in Brezzo di Bedero is highly recommended, particularly if you're lucky enough to have your own boat to use during your stay. There is no better way to explore the lakeside towns and villages than by mooring up at each town or village.
