The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining table seating four. The sleek cream kitchen units contrast with the red of the chairs and sofa.



For those looking to stay during the Winter months, there is underfloor heating throughout.



Outside, this Lake Maggiore rental has a private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Doors lead from both the living area and bedroom to this terrace. The terrace enjoys views of the lake and mountains behind.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of this Lake Maggiore rental. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction.



This apartment is also situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in. Tennis courts are are a short walk away from this Lake Maggiore rental, as is a children's play area, volleyball court and basketball training area.



Getting Around:

Since this Lake Maggiore rental is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Lakeside locations don't get much more convenient than this! This Lake Maggiore rental is a short walk from a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants, You can even walk along the lakeside to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake. For the sporty amongst you, there are tennis courts just a few minutes walk away as well as a water sports centre where you can hire canoes, pedaloes and boats. You can also hire bikes on site. Both e-bikes and traditional bicycles are available.



Since the property is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will potentially allow you to explore more of the area. For those that do hire a car, the property has allocated parking in an underground car park.
