The Space:
Inside, this Tuscany luxury villa rental measures 650 square metres and is laid out over two floors.

On the ground floor there are three large living areas, each equipped with sofas, satellite TV and dining table. There is also a well equipped kitchen on this floor.

In total, there are nine bedrooms set out over the two floors. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all are furnished in a simple and elegant way and designed to make you feel relaxed and at home. Two of these bedrooms are suites, each measuring approximately 40 square metres. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is also fully adapted for wheelchair users. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. Using also the daybeds at the villa, the property can sleep a maximum of 22 guests.

Downstairs, there is the added bonus of your own private spa at this Tuscany luxury villa rental. This is an intimate space with jacuzzi, salt room and massage area, all for your own personal use.

Outside, there are extensive gardens at this Tuscany luxury villa rental. A large dining table (15 metres x 5 metres) is the perfect setting for large family dinners or celebrations. There is also a fantastic swimming pool and pool house.

The Neighborhood:
This Tuscany luxury villa rental is located just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Volterra which is about a 10 minute drive away. It is also very close to San Gimignano. Florence, Siena, Pisa and Livorno are all about an hour away by car. The nearest beaches of Cecina, Bibbona and Castiglioncello are a 35 minute drive. However, for those prepared to travel a little longer there are some beautiful coastal towns easily accessible from the property which are well worth exploring such as Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Baratti. For golf lovers, the nearest golf course is at Castelfalfi which is 30kms from the property.
