Two-room apartment located in a building in a panoramic area about 2 kilometers from the center of La Maddalena in Punta Tegge / Nido d'Aquila and about 400 meters from the sea. It is located on the ground floor and has a small private garden. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there are three beds in the living room (one single bed and one sofa bed with separable nets).

Davvero un paradiso tra mare e rocce.
La casa è più ampia di quanto sembri nelle foto. È ben equipaggiata. Sono state molto utili le zanzariere in tutte le stanze. Non c’è parcheggio interno ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto davanti al palazzo (pur essendo agosto)
Il proprietario non è in loco ma è comunque presente e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. È stato davvero disponibile: che si sia trattato di dare consigli per vivere al meglio l’isola o di provvedere a sostituire una pentola. Siamo stati davvero bene.
Se ci fosse la lavastoviglie sarebbe ottimo.

Un piccolo paradiso
Il soggiorno è stato veramente bellissimo.
Da subito il Sig. Gianfranco si è dimostrato molto gentile e premuroso dandoci molti consigli. Anche durante il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre presente per ogni necessità.
La casa è molto carina e ben situata, vicinissima a Punta Tegge e ai suoi meravigliosi scogli. Il soggiorno a La Maddalena è stato un sogno.
Consigliamo a tutti questi alloggio.
