Una opción de 3 apartamentos tranquilos de villa con todas las comodidades en esta parte exclusiva de Malta. Tranquilo y silencioso, pero a solo unos minutos del centro de entretenimiento de Paceville y de la calle más popular de St. Julians Bay con sus numerosos restaurantes y bares. Las propiedades también disfrutan del uso de una gran piscina (41 metros cuadrados), hamacas, tumbonas, hamacas para una pareja, hamaca de 3 plazas, banco mecedora, sombrillas grandes, asientos tipo gazebo para 8 personas, zona de barbacoa con su propia nevera y cocina. , duchas y aseos por zona de piscina. Área de la cubierta se ha ampliado haciendo más espacio para nuestros huéspedes; esto también se actualizó con luces de piso / pared exclusivas, azulejos nuevos, muebles nuevos en el área de la cubierta y más árboles para una verdadera sensación tropical.

El área de la piscina y la mayor parte del área cubierta serán cubiertas por una cubierta retráctil; la piscina se calentará y la zona se ha actualizado para ofrecer una experiencia exclusiva incluso para nuestros huéspedes de otoño / invierno. El acceso a la zona de la piscina es a través de un puente de madera sobre un gran estanque de peces koy en cascada. Un mirador adicional con árbol de vid está adyacente a un estanque de tortugas de agua más pequeño. Amazing stay in a

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in Apartment 3 Orange (for a week in the end of November 2016)! We are a young couple of 23 years old and the apartment totally met our expectations! The studio was so cute, with a kitchen area (elementary but practical), the dubble bed and the small personal bathroom (With a shower no bath but not a problem for us). there were also à second room with bunk bed but we didn't use it and a television in the kitchen that we use to listen music. We didn't had the time to really enjoy the garden but it was Amazing! It was big and gorgeous! With pool and jacuzzy area (with space to chill), a big kiosk and a little one so romantic and a bbq! However, what did the magic of the place was Paul & Josanne! The welcome was warm and friendly. During all stay they were helpful and attentive. They even offered a lift from the airport in the night for a really good price, they give us some snack and a bottle of water when we arrived, a really helpful map of the Island and answered at all our questions. We really felt like home! Moreover, Malta is splendid! And even if we felt so great in the apartment we had to visit the exceptional Island. If like us you are not motorized it's really easy to take the busses (even if it take a little bit time and don't forget to be at the station 10min in advance because the bus schedule is really subjective). The villa is on a hill and there is a bus station on the top (named stronka) or below the hill (named pembroke). If you are below the hill you have to walk about 15min. Near to the bus station below the hill, there is a big supermarket where you can find everything! As a vegan-gluten free-bio eater I found happiness! There is also others supermarkets and restaurants down there. Thus, we totally recommended this place, it is excellent value for money, our stay was amazing and we never forget the hospitality and kindness of Paul & Josanne!

Apartment in Malta

The apartments are on top of a hill in a quiet (apart from the builders next door) residential part of St. Andrew’s. It’s a 15 minute walk (downhill) to the main road, where there are regular buses services south to Valletta and the ferries at Sliema and north to the beaches and the ferry to Gozo. There are a few shops in Swieqi – a Tardis like supermarket ‘Greens’ and the ‘Brewmaster’ pizza restaurant – which is cheap and the pizzas are excellent. We stayed in the last week of October. Apart from one heavy shower, it was sunny through the week and warm enough to swim in the Med (the nearest beach at St. Georges is a bit manky – its formed from gravel and strewn with rubbish including sanitary towels, so go to the excellent beach at the bay north of Mellieha - Ghadira). I would recommend getting the weekly bus pass (its e12 for an adult for 7 days travel). Now onto the apartment. The outdoor area is cleaned every day and there are terrapins and a fishpond (the water pipe supplying the fish stays on all night, so best get used the sound of gushing water). The description of the property states that the pool is heated by a solar heating system so it’s usable until October. While sunny throughout the week, the water remained frigid while we were there. There’s a friendly dog and a cat. Unfortunately the cat attracts feral cats and these had fleas – two of us were bitten. The main thing that you should know about the Orange apartment is that it’s a basement flat – there are some small windows for ventilation, but no view. You are effectively underground. The 2nd bedroom (bunks), the main bedroom (a double) and the kitchen are separated by a curtain (the room has been rearranged since the photos were taken). The combined toilet/shower is in the smallest possible space – I’m 6’ 2” and I had to open the shower door in order to sit on the toilet otherwise I couldn’t fit. The fittings are all a bit tired with chipped surfaces. The washing machine is rusty and we never figured out how to light the oven. The small freezer compartment managed to defrost everything we put in there. In our opinion it could do with refurbishment. Unfortunately the accommodation marred an otherwise enjoyable holiday. It was the first time we had been to Malta and it offered everything – beaches, history, rural areas, bustling urban areas and M&S. And for various reasons we could not recommend the property if you have a child with a learning disability.

11 days stay

We just spent 11 days in the Orange room and highly recommend the stay with Josanne and Paul (and the dog, cats, turtles, fish). Very warm welcome and really nice hospitality throughout the whole stay, of course, the bonus being: watching ManUtd. getting into the championsl.-final on Pauls fantastic big screen!! Cheers! After the hussle and bussle of sightseeing and going downtown it was nice to sit by the pool in the morning and evening and enjoy our drink (tea!). The walk into town is about 25 min., which we enjoyed, as we walk a lot. Otherwise there is always the option of taking the bus or renting a car. It is difficult to write about Malta itself, as everybody has different priorities - we definitely enjoyed it there. All in all a very nice stay, beautiful island, fantastic hosts, and the lovely dog Toby. Highly recommended! Biggi + Mick

Apartment Orange

Having just returned from a week staying in Apartment 3 Orange, I only have good things to say about it! Not only was the apartment beautiful, comfortable and set in the most gorgeous gardens but I was made to feel very welcome straight away! Being met with a lovely welcome hamper was definitely a bonus! The pool is stunning and very private with access to a great bbq and the resident pets are adorable and very calm - especially Toby the dog!! The apartments are kept beautifully and it really did feel like a home away from home. Despite not having a car, we found the location perfect as there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill with a regular service that allowed us to sight see all over the Island. Also, a nearby supermarket meant that there was no trouble getting shopping in either with a steady walk back to the apartment. I would definitely return to this accommodation and 100% recommend it to other holiday makers whether its a relaxing holiday by the pool, sight seeing around the island or nights out in Paceville that you're after.

Summer 2010 Malta :)

I have just returned from a week long stay in the Orange apartment with my friend (in the month of September - we are both 18) The accommodation was absolutely perfect and was exactly as described if not better. On arrival the owner made sure we had the necessities we needed (as we arrived late) and provided traditional Maltese food for us to eat which was lovely! Throughout our stay the apartment was kept clean/very well maintained, and if we ever did need anything, the owner was always willing to help. Everything you could need to cook is provided (oven/gas hobs/microwave) and the outside BBQ is perfect too. The location was also perfect for us since despite the walk to the bus stop (only around 10/15 minutes) we found it was really nice to walk in the sun or on the way back from a day out. The bus stop provides all the transport links you could need with buses to the main cities and to the Valletta terminus where you can then get any bus to anywhere from (the buses are also very cheap - only 47 cents) To anyone thinking of going to Malta, I would definitely recommend almost all the activities we did! We went to Mdina (the old capital) which was absolutely beautiful and went to the Fontanella Tea Gardens which overlooks the coast. Visiting Valletta is a must - the architecture is absolutely stunning and going to St Johns Cathedral is breathtaking...there are also plenty of lovely restaurants/bars for both the day and evening - one that I would highly recommend is the jazz bar called Malata Bar and Restaurant - It was some of the nicest food I have ever had and we managed to go on a night with live jazz provided - Make sure you check out which nights this is on and make sure you book as it gets very busy. We also booked on to a boat cruise with Captain Morgan cruises leaving from Silema which took us around Gozo and Comino (including the beautiful blue lagoon) and included a lovely buffet lunch and wine, and provided many opportunities to swim in the sea. We both also went jet skiing at Silemma in one of the lidos on the coast which if you enjoy adrenaline pumping activities I would definitely recommend - the coast is perfect for it and you are also able to do it with an instructor if you want that extra safety (for a slight extra charge but it is worth it!) Overall, my stay on Malta is the best holiday I have ever had and would recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of visiting - it was absolutely perfect and only added to an amazing week! :)

Cari Paul e Josanne, con affetto e simpatia scrivo queste righe. Molti sono i luoghi che giro in vacanza con la mia famiglia, spesso tutto va bene ma accade anche il contrario. Certo non posso che comunicare il mio "disappunto" per coloro (leggo dai report), che venendo a godere del vostro servizio dicano d'essersi trovati male (sic!). Noi a casa vostra siamo stati BENISSIMO. Ma a dir ciò non siamo solo noi, attenti ed oculati genitori per i nostri figli, quanto loro stessi...Giorgio (10 anni) e Bruna (12 anni) che ancora sentono vivido il ricordo dei giorni passati con le vostre splendide 10 tartarughe, 20 pesci d'acqua dolce, 2 possenti cani (amorevoli e quanto mai docili e giocherelloni)... Insomma, aver visto la gioia e l'allegria dei nostri figli tra un tuffo e l'altro nella vostra piscina, ci ha permesso di ritenerere casa vostra anche NOSTRA. Pur piccola ha perfettamente ed esaustivamente risposto alle nostre "migliori" aspettative di vacanza. Cari Paul e Josanne,Vi facciamo i nostri migliori Auguri e complimenti per come siete stati capaci d'esser gentili e servizievoli verso un'isola (Malta) che dovrebbe esserVi grata per come accogliete i suoi turisti. A presto! (perchè torneremo!!!!!)

Stile di vita...

Ciao a tutti, sono stato nell'appartamento Orange, ma non sono riuscito a rimanerci più di una notte... Intanto non avevo capito che si trattava di un semiinterrato, con solo la porta ed una finestrella... L'appartamento era pulito, ma probabilmente abbiamo avuto sfortuna, ed abbiamo beccato le formiche sulle valigie, due ragni, ed una rottura della lavatrice... Il bagno era microscopico! All'esterno, invece, seppur bello, non era per noi accettabile a causa di due cani grandi che facevano paura ai bimbi e a mia moglie, e anche se li legavano era pieno di peli di cane dappertutto. In più c'erano centinaia di ragni annidati sopra la vasca dei giganteschi pesci rossi. Sebbene i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili... Per chi non è abituato a vita di campagna non lo consiglierei!!

Sono stato in vacanza a malta per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo.I proprietari Paul e Josanne sono stati molto gentili , a dir poco e molto amichevoli ti fanno sentire a tuo agio....il mare è stato bello tutti e 5 giorni meglio la parte nord a comino specialmente sembra di essere ai caraibi....l'ospitalita' ripeto è la cosa che ci è rimasta nel cuore...torneremo sicuramente a trovare Paul e Josanne....buona vacanza a tutti.

Amazing holiday. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing holiday at this lovely apartment. We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived and were very well cared for throughout our time. The whole property was amazing with a lovely swimming pool, beautiful outside areas including a barbeque, loads of seating and both sunny and shady spots. The villa itself was very clean and maintained and perfect for sitting in after a hard day in the sun! I would recommend staying at this villa to anyone who wanted to visit Malta. The area is lovely and peaceful with the villa about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and a 5 minute bus ride into Saint Julien. Making it peaceful in the day, but easy for you to get to the shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is also a bus ride away. The best part of the holiday was how nice and welcoming Paul and Josanne were, making us feel comfortable thoroughout our time and anything we would have needed they would be happy to help. The pets at the house were also lovely! cats, dogs, coy fish and turtles! We were there at the beginning of June. The weather was lovely throughout with blue skies all day and warm evenings. the weather in the day was very hot but the pool was perfect for cooling down in. Thankyou for a lovely lovely holiday, we will definitely be trying to come back soon!

orange apartment

I spent 6 days in the orange flat whit my boyfriend, we really enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, well conceived and well equiped. We had access to the owners' garden and it was so beautiful, we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, the jaccuzzi, the barbecue, the deckchairs and the garden's furnitures. The pool is heated by solar panels so the temperature is really pleasant at any time of the day. The owners are lovely, they arranged for us the car hire, but they also picked up at the airport and brought us back at the end of our stay. The property is in a very quiet and great district, on the top of the hill, the bus station is down the hill so it's better to have a car to visit easily the island. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a beautiful place and have ideal holidays.

A great place to stay...

My husband, my 3 year old son and I stayed in the apartment from 8 to 15 May 2009. The place is beautiful, original and quiet. Perfect place to relax and good location to go sightseeing around the island. Josanne and Paul are sunny, generous people and keep their villa clean and cared for. The apartment is perfect for a couple and has all the comforts. The outside area has a swimmingpool and jacuzzi which are a pleasure after a day in the sun! The owners have very friendly cats and beautiful dogs which we would have loved to play with although they are guard dogs and are kept away from the guests as it should be and you wouldn't even know they are there unless you were interested..... My son could not wait every morning to go and feed the fish and turtles. It was such fun for him!! When we arrived it was a real pleasure to find a welcome basket with a lot of snacks, food and drink and it showed how warm and friendly the owners are.....They even offered a BBQ and how could we resist an evening by the pool with the good company of other guests surrounded by romantic lights and a lovely sea breeze!!! Finally to be practical please note that the showers and the water preassure are perfectly functional because I am aware that it is not always the case in Malta. I hope all this info is of use to anyone and if it is have a great holiday and enjoy your stay!!!!

We built the property ourselves and so put everything into it, not only for our guests, but also made the upstairs area our own living quarters. We are an easy-going family of 3, and unless you need our attention, assistance or advise, you will probably never see us.


The pool area has always been impressive and had guests endlessly falling in love with it; this has furthered our determination to make it even better, year in year out, but now we've gone a bit too far, actually over the top. The pool area will soon receive its retractable cover which will enclose not only the pool area but also most of the deck area as well, meaning that in autumn and winter this place and the pool water are heated, making it in an oasis within itself. We believe the pool area will be unmatched and even if the investment has been extraordinary, we feel it's been worth it as this place will be transformed into a haven.

Come rain or shine, any time of year, our guests will still be able to enjoy not only a swim in the pool or leisure time in the grotto jacuzzi, but also partaking in the peaceful atmosphere this area will continue to convey and exude whether it's just relaxing on a deckchair or the garden settees, or reading a book, with only the lapping of the soft water to disturb the quiet in this tropical environment.

The jacuzzi actually holds 9 people; this walk-in construction also takes the shape of a grotto rather than having to leave the pool to get to the Jacuzzi bringing a whole new meaning to luxury. The pictures were taken during the night to add to the affect of the new lighting fixtures in the harem chill-out seating area. There is also a water rainfall to the entrance of the jacuzzi to add to the tropical ambiance and feel of this vibrant place.

At the same time, we have also replaced our chlorination system to one that is more green, as this not only eliminates the taste of chlorine but makes the water that much clearer, making it even more enticingly exciting.
