"Aqua Blue", a maisonette only 100 meters from the beach of Gialiskari

“Aqua Blue” is a 55sq meters minimal in design maisonette in the area of Gialiskari/Vourkari. The maisonette is 100 meters from the beautiful organized sandy beach of Gialiskari with a café bar-restaurant. The picturesque marina of Vourkari is only a five minute walk from the maisonette, there you can find restaurants, cafes, an ice cream shop, boutiques and bars.

The maisonette, which is in a small complex of 6 houses, is on two levels. Arriving at the maisonette, you first find a large balcony with a dining and seating area, where you can sit and enjoy the sea and sunset views. On entering the maisonette there is a living room with two comfortable built-in sofas, one suitable for a child up to 14 years old to sleep on. To the side of the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, kettle, sandwich maker, Espresso machine and a kettle. On this level there is also a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed and bathroom with a shower.

From the living room there are stairs leading to the second level, which has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside the bedroom is a small veranda with a coffee table where again you can sit and enjoy the sea and sunset view.

The house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
