Ylellinen Waterfront Condo ilahduttaa sinua sen laajalla merin��köalalla ja tyylikkäässä sisustuksessa. Näköalan kanavalle ja tarjoaa myös laaja näköala viehättävässä kaupungissa Chincoteague. Lovely 3. kerroksen yksikkö, josta on näkymät vedelle joka huoneessa. Mukava tilava pohjaratkaisu, jossa on 3 mukavaa kokoista makuuhuonetta ja makuuhuoneen sviitti, joka sijaitsee yksityisesti hotellin toisessa päässä, jossa on poreallas ja parveke rannalla. Kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta yksikön vastakkaisessa päässä on koko kylpyhuone. Tilava suuri huone, jossa 13 "katot ja 40" ranta parveke. Lovely vacation in a great rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Chincoteague at Seagull’s Perch. The rental was as described and very clean and tidy. We picked up our keys at the rental agency which was only a few blocks from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and greatly appreciated as we cooked most of our meals during our five night stay. Our two granddaughters enjoyed the toy cupboard and beach/pool toys and we took advantage of the washer and dryer. The 3 tv’s were all new(and big), and the balcony was a great place to sit out in the morning and evening. We spent lots of time at the beach, but also enjoyed having a pool to cool off. The mattresses are extremely firm, so a foam topper might be necessary if you are used to pillow topped mattresses, as we were. We also would have appreciated a rug in the master bathroom- the floor was very slippery after using the jacuzzi bath or shower. But other than those two concerns, we had the best time. The island is an amazing place to visit, not too touristy, lots of activities, with a beautiful National Park and beach minutes away. We enjoyed Island Creamery for ice cream and highly recommend Captain Barry’s Tour. Three generations enjoyed the Captain’s fun, interactive and informative 2 hour boat ride, as we fished for crabs, collected oysters, gathered small fish in a large net and learned so much about the area. The beach and park were so enjoyable each day, even as Hurricane Erin approached. I would have loved to visit a few more specialty shops, but will save them for a return trip. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo for our vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as the rental unit goes, it was sufficient. None of the fry pans worked well, a griddle would have been nice for pancakes. The vacuum cleaners did not work well. The walls could usea coat of paint. The pool was continuously cloudy, but the water was warm yet refreshing. I did see people with glass beer bottles and vaping. Sunset Bay is really a lovely location. Having stayed there before I will return.

The pool was key to surviving the heat! Like the other reviews, I would say the only downside was the outdated / small televisions. Also key to note that they do not provide any towels or linens so be sure to bring your own.

It has a great layout with two rooms on one side, living space in the middle and master on opposite side. Kitchen had everything you could need, well stocked. Really good view from the balcony as well. There were a couple of things that did not bother us but might bother others. The biggest is the beds. They are hard and old. If you need a comfortable bed then beware of booking this place. The second was the TV's. Laughably small. We spent most of the time outside and our kids brought IPAD's so again didn't bother us but the TV's are the size of small computer monitors. Overall I would book this exact same place again but it could use some updates.

Beds were not comfortable, very stiff and hard. Livingroom furniture could use an upgrade as only one comfortable couch, rest were wicker and very uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice. The condo was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and easy biking distance to the refuge and beach. We would stay here again with no hesitation. Necessary maintenance wasn't worth calling in; there are just a few minor issues: 1) the MB and Living room sliding doors to the balcony don't all lock - adjustments are necessary. 2) the master bath ring towel holder was pulled out of the wall - needs to be repaired. 3) both bath tissue holders need to be reset. 4) two of the can lights (kitchen and master suite) are out.

Right in the thick of the islands activities either a short walk or bike ride away. We were able to crab and fish right on the dock of the complex which was great for blue crab and flounder. The furniture is a bit tired the televisions are comically small and the soft seating could be more comfortable. But other than that ... we loved it and would come back again

Great Chincoteague vacation

Plenty of space for everyone to gather or find privacy. The internet must have worked well because we heard no complaints from the teenagers who were online with friends when not in the pool or out and about the island. Great views. Spent a lot of time birdwatching off the porch. The rental management company quickly fixed the air conditioning when it stopped working. We alternated nights between eating out and cooking dinner in. Kitchen has plenty of space for food storage and to cook. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the grocery store is nearby. For a small grocery store it had wide variety of products. One guest had medical issues which made the elevator and handicap access a big positive.

Nice place - loved the views, but...

This place is well loved. If it belonged to me, I would replace the dirty carpeting with an LVP instead of covering up with throw rugs. I would also put in more comfortable furnishings in a way that maximize the views. Dressers in the master were more decorative than useful. We found the housekeeping and property maintenance to be lacking - black mold from the jetted tub, cracked and missing grout, dirty shower curtain liners, blinds that were broken, and carpets that need deep cleaning if not replacement.

Wonderful facility with top floor and great view. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Apartment is furnished as a rental with low end furnishings. The TVs are small, substandard and not good for watching movies or the Olympics which were on during our visit. Chairs in front of TV are uncomfortable. THe owners need to upgrade.

Wonderful views, great space, mattresses and curtains not so great

What a wonderful view, and a great amount of space! We all really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved bird watching over the channel. We all loved how bright the apartment was during the day, however the curtains in the master bedroom were too light to keep out the sun in the morning. Also, the Queen mattress in the master bedroom and the twin mattresses weren't the most comfortable. The property was overall beautifully clean but there was some lingering perfume or mustiness in the throw pillows which gave the member of our party with allergies itchy eyes. Overall we had a great stay though.

Good location

The condo is located in downtown and a short walk to stores and restaurants. The condo was clean, in that the cleaning crew had done an excellent job. However, the condo needs a refresh and minor maintenance.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dirty even with COVID-19. Drawers in kitchen filthg, dirty doors from finger prints all over on doors, dust hanging off top of molding, fans, etc, dirty rugs. Very cheap mattresses and furniture.Nice view, location. So much potential if it was cleaned up, given a fresh coat of paint! Shame on Harbour rentals we have rented for many years, 3rd rental company used and never had a problem! Standards are needed and some transparency.
