The villa is located in a quiet private park with services, surrounded by nature. From the terrace the view is on the sea and on the vegetation that surrounds the whole house. The kitchen (newly renovated) and the living room are well furnished and airy with a large wooden table, TV, dishwasher and oven. One of the two external patios has a barbecue. There is an outdoor shower and a panoramic roof terrace.
