Erittäin kaunis paritalohalli, joka sijaitsee rauhallisessa kylässä, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta hiekkarannalta ja hyvistä paikallisista palveluista. Ranta on koiraystävällinen ympäri vuoden, joten yksinkertaisesti täydellinen, jos haluat tuoda mukanasi myös neljän jalkaisen ystäväsi.

Kuten nimi viittaisi, tämä merkkiominaisuus oli aikoinaan vakaa lohko "suurelle talolle" ja muutettiin ja modernisoitiin muutama vuosi sitten viehättäväksi mökiksi, jossa on valoisa ja ilmava avoin ja nykyaikainen asuintilaa pohjakerroksessa, ja ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (king-size ja twin) ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta (joista toisessa on oma kylpyhuone).

Mukava ja hyvin varustettu Seahorse Stables on ihastuttava paikka viettää lomaa. Se on ihanteellinen tukikohta pienelle perheelle, jolla on helppo pääsy rannalle, ja se on loistava paikka pariskunnille ja ystäville, jotka etsivät pultin reikää milloin tahansa vuodesta ja nauttivat ulos ja noin.

Lähellä on joitakin ihania rannikko- ja maaseudun kävelyretkiä, ja jos haluat tuoda pyöräsi pitkin, puutarhakalustossa on turvallinen varastointi. Hyvin käyttäytyviä koiria ja pieniä ovat tervetulleita ja kätevä ulkopuolinen hana hiekan varpojen ja tassujen pesemiseksi!

A lovely relaxing stay

A beautiful cottage, lovely decor and very comfortable. The owners have really considered their guests, providing all the things you need to make it an easy and enjoyable self catering experience. The location is great. 5 minutes down to the beach in either direction. Morning dog walks were just lovely along the beach. A local shop stocks essentials and the cafe by the beach is good and incredibly dog friendly both inside and out. The local pub was ok but very expensive for drinks. Would recommend this cottage!

Relaxed break

Lovely place to stay for a relaxing break, cottage was very clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Only a short walk away is the Sea Marge, White Horse, Cliff Top Cafe and sea front. The food at all of these was excellent especially the Sunday Lunch at the Sea Marge. Cromer is a 2 mile walk along the coastal path or a short drive away. We really enjoyed our visit here and look forward to coming back again

Sea horse cottages Overstrand

Just perfect in every way, I loved it and hope to go back one day, So comfortable, so warm and cosy, The cottage is in such a good location. By the way there was a fruit cake left, tea coffee and sugar , equipped with all you could require. Think perhaps one small comment a pint of Milk for a cuppa would be very much appreciated on arrival. I had a great holiday summer and winter in one week,! Loved watching some of the DVDs Thank you

Stay at Overstrand

Lovely cottage, very well equipped. Ideally placed for what we wanted. The fabric settee could do with replacing, rather soggy but the other settee and chair were good. Bedding and towels very nice Ideally situated next door to Seamarge Hotel, very good food. Would stay again if we were in the area.

A cosy cottage.

This is a beautifully presented and well equipped cottage which we loved. It felt homely and welcoming. We were unaware that it is a part of a much larger, unusual, building , with 3 other homes in it. There was comfortable off road parking, however, which is important. The road itself passes next to the side of the cottage and the sight of the upper deck of a bus sailing past your bedroom window might startle some people! The road wasn't particularly busy however and it didn't bother us at all , only bring visible to the twin bedroom.

Seahorse Cottage Overstrand

Wonderful week at this immaculate cottage just one thing, we were cold in evenings and couldn't find how to switch the heating on although it did say the heating came on in the mornings, it was October after all and a couple of hours in the evening would have been perfect.

Well equipped cottage

Seahorse Stables is an attractive well equipped cottage close to the beach. A well stocked shop and good pub are within walking distance. A walk along the beach to Cromer was very enjoyable and seeing the Banksie art on the sea wall was a bonus. The only downside was not having a functional TV. This was reported to Norfolk Hideaways twice, the first time the batteries in the handset were changed but this made no difference. The second I was told someone would get back to me but nothing happened.

A brilliant property

We had a perfect week staying in this lovely property. Its in a lovely spot in a quiet village with a dog friendly hotel and restaurant literally next door, a dog friendly pub a hundred yards along the road also serving good food,a village shop selling pretty well everything we needed and a wonderful little cliff-top cafe serving good food and a warm welcome to all dogs and their owners, looking out over the beach and sea, just 5 minutes walk away. The cottage was a real home from home. We will be back.

Seahorse Stables is exceptional in every way. The location is great and the cottage itself is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. It is one of the best, if not the best, holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. We hope to return.

A wonderful holiday cottage - spacious, very well-equipped and comfortable.

Overall Seahorse Stables was a wonderful place to stay - easy to find, great location and very comfortable and spacious. I only had 2 concerns - one the gate lock was quite unstable and one of the screws holding it together actually came off one day during our stay. I feel that a more robust lock for the gate, especially when you are holidaying with a dog, would be more suitable. I was also concerned to see that all the bottom sheets on the beds had been put on inside out. This was either done in a rush or (what worried me......) was that they were turned inside out deliberately from the previous occupancy. I really hope not! Other than that everything was great.

Exceptional cottage

The house was a exceptionally clean and everything was to a very high standard. Couldn’t fault anything . Even when there was a problem with the shower riser and en-suite toilet the management team were onto it straight away and fixed it the same day . Exceptional service . Quality Accomodation in a Great Location

Our stay at Seahorse Stables was great from start to finish. On arrival we found the property spotlessly clean and the guidance regarding getting to understand everything very clear and easy to follow. The location in Overstrand couldn't be better - just a short walk to the local general store and pub (White Horse - good food) and a slightly longer walk to the cliff top (the cafe does a great breakfast). This was our third stay in Overstrand and we'd say that overall Seahorse Stables is the best property we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

A lovely week away!

Fabulous property situated in Overstrand, 1 minute and 3 minutes from two lovely eateries. Lovely and quiet and 5 mins to the beach. Suggest a cliff walk to Cromer and then after lunch, a lovely beach walk back. The property is excellent, very comfortable with excellent fixtures and fittings. We will return to this property to further explore the local area and other eateries!

Seahorse Stables is a home-from-home in a delightful village. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable, light and spacious. Everything is in very good condition, and the kitchen is very well equipped. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

New Year stay

We had a very restful, comfortable stay. The cottage was very well equipped with everything you could need. Overstrand is lovely with a local shop pub and Hotel all in one small village. The walks were wonderful and plenty of place to visit within the area. Holt was good and Felbrigg Hall. Thank you for a great break. My only negative was 4 days was not ling enough so we will be back.

Another Excellent Stay

This was our second stay this year at the property, and it was another excellent one. The property itself is spacious and very well equipped. The cream carpet downstairs is something of a challenge with your dog, but the outside hose is invaluable in making sure the dog is cleaned up before going in. The local area is fabulous, with lots to do, and the beach is superb. We will most certainly be back.

A delightful short break in Oversands Cromer provided by Norfolk Hideaways.

From Emma at Norfolk Hideaways absorbing my requirements she came up with the perfect cottage. It was superb in every way. Making the enquiry so easy for me and then finding everything was to the standard I hoped for was an extra bonus. I certainly would recommend all my friends to speak to Norfolk Hideaways if they are looking in that area. The cottage was superb in every way. Great Hotel next door to eat in bar and a super cafe overlooking the sea. Great for anyone who does not want to get the car out again when returning back at the end of a day , You can walk a few yards to the coastal walk eat out at a Pub,Hotel or cafe. Highly recommended
