La Villa es una Magnífica casa colonial de estilo Indiano construida en 1885, totalmente restaurada y equipada. Tiene 700m2 construidos, en una finca totalmente vallada de 2,5 hectáreas. Tiene capacidad máxima hasta 31 personas, distribuidas en 10 amplias y confortables habitaciones.
En el exterior podréis disfrutar de un jardín de 2000m2, Barbacoa, horno de leña, piscina y caseta de baño.

Se encuentra a 5 minutos de la playa y un poco apartada del pueblo. La casa ofrece mucha privacidad y diferentes espacios para sus huéspedes. Es una casa ideal para grandes familias o grupos, una elección segura y de categoría.

The villa was great with everything we needed and loads of space. We enjoyed the pool and our big group of 23 all being able to dine together outside. Jaume the owner was really helpful and friendly. The track to access the villa is the only slight downside as it is quite rough. We had a great week and really enjoyed being able to walk down to the bars and restaurants at the beach.

Fantastic stay!

We spent one week in this wonderful house with a group of 23 teenagers and we loved it! Jaume (the owner) is a really nice person that helped us at any time and even drove us to the supermarket because we had no car. The villa is beautiful and has got everything you can think of (pool, ping pong table, barbecue and even a paella-maker). Plus, the surroundings are beautiful and Arenys de Mar is a very nice little town! All in all, we had a fabulous and memorable class trip! Thank you very much Jaume

Sailing Squad Team Venue

This was the most amazing property to stay at - such a beautiful building with a wealth of space and breathtaking grounds. Jaume kindly hosted us as a large Sailing Squad who were training and then competing at an International Event. The accommodation was absolutely fantastic, the space available ensured our sailing team had suitable venues for briefings and coaches but also areas to ensure we could wind down and relax after a long day on the water. Jaume couldn't have been more helpful to us, he ensured we were supported with airport transfers, local restaurants and spent many a wonderful evening with us showing us the local delicacies and entertaining our team. He really is the best host we could have asked for. Thank you so much for accommodating us - we will definitely be returning next year.

A magical family holiday – even better than we’d hoped

When our original villa cancelled just two weeks before our trip, we thought our long-awaited family holiday was ruined. Trying to find a new place that could accommodate all 21 of us and wishlist felt impossible. Then we found Villa Horta Del Pilar and it completely exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing week together and created memories in a home from home that’ll stay with us forever. A huge thank you to host Jaume who couldn’t have been more welcoming, warm or helpful. From the moment we booked, he was quick to answer our (many!) questions, and made sure everything we’d asked for was ready on arrival – including the brilliant ice-cold beer dispenser, which went down very well! He shared the fascinating history of the villa, including its beautiful hidden chapel and the wine cellar and took us to feed the horses nearby which the kids loved. The villa itself is spacious, well-equipped and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is a little on the small side, but with such a lovely outdoor dining space, we loved cooking on the bbq and dining under the festoon lights and stars. The pool is a great size, safely fenced off for peace of mind with little ones. The nearby beach is a 15 minute walk down a sandy path which made pushing buggies a bit of a challenge. That said, we were more than happy to spend our days relaxing by the pool and soaking up the views. Thank you Villa Horta del Pilar for giving us an unforgettable family holiday to talk about for years to come.

Lovely villa + great host

I really recommend this place for groups of friends, families, work outings (where fast wifi is not critical). We used the villa for a work trainings-week. It was great for it as there was plenty of space for break-outs and in the evenings we could connect with each other over a BBQ or during table tennis/volleybal. The place is ~15min walk from the beach, there are a few bars/restaurants there. It's a bit farther from the city center / supermarket, so definitely recommend to bring a car. The host, Jaume, is very helpful and friendly. He helped us with reservations for dinner and showed us the hidden chapel while sharing some nice stories about the villa :)

La maison est toujours accueillante et très pratique pour les familles : grande piscine, terrain arboré et ombragé’ Les prestations sont de bonnes qualités : ménage impeccable, suffisamment de vaisselles, 2 laves vaisselles... Hello everyone, Here are the photos of this beautiful villa, where we had a great time unforgettable. The house is beautiful and very well furnished ... beyond our expectations. The organizer of the performances, Jaume is very professional, nice and adorable. We had a king's meal, very good, and in good quantity for 33 people. The beds are great, the house very clean, not forgetting all the other amenities we got. Really, I would recommend this Villa, with Jaume We will be back very soon. 2 Weeks of bombastic vacation!!

Family Holidays Deluxe! Its now a few Days ago that we´ve spent our Family Holidays at this stunning and lovely Villa, and we allready miss this House and the special Flair it spreads to his Visitors! We had a blast of a Time at this wunderfull Place! It delivers everything you need and want to enjoy Holidays and Time! Even with larger Groups like ours, everbody can enjoy his Time, just cause of the Space in- and outside the Villa! You can Party at the pool or Relax on a Terace or the lovely Garden! The Rooms, Pool, BBQ-Area, Poolhouse, Terrace, Garden and so on just fantastic! A Big Hug and all the best Wishes goes out to Jaume!! Beautiful Villa and lovely holiday

We stayed in the lovely Horta Del Pilar for 1 week at the end of May all 25 of us from one family! We had a brilliant week an could not fault the Villa or the fantastic service we received from Jaume. He truly is an excellent host and helped us so much. The Villa is in a nice location close enough to the beach and shops. It is very secure, clean very well equipped. The Villa is brilliant for large groups and we recommend the chef and transfer company they recommend as they provide an excellent service too. We would love to come again and recommend highly the Villa, Jaume and Sun rent barcelona. The Hankins

A magical wedding week

We spent a magical unforgettable wedding week in this impressive villa in May 2015. In fact it has been so wonderful that the whole family is returning there to repeat the experience one more time in July 2017! The villa is extremely well equipped, with all the amenities needed, and it provides with much needed privacy while at the same time being close to Barcelona, Arenys de Mar (beach a brisk walk from the villa), bars, restaurants and Mercadona (Spanish chain of supermarkets). Thank you Jaume for incredible service offered; no matter what was needed at any point of the day you were there to lend a hand! The thing we liked the most was the fact that the villa offered something for everyone: from kids to the eldest and the barbecue area outside at the end served also as a great dancing floor! :) All in all, we are extremely satisfied and we are looking forward to spending another week there in July next year.

A magical wedding week

We spent a wonderful wedding week in this dream like villa in May 2015. In fact we had such great experience that our whole family is returning there in July 2017! :) Jaume has been wonderful in providing everything and more we need, the house is incredibly well equipped and it provides entertainment for all of the family: from seniors to the kids! It is situated a brisk walk away from the beach of Arenys de Mar, it provides enormous space and privacy and it lies in proximity of restaurants, bars and grocery shops; nothing more we could wish for! The outside area with barbecue served as a great dancing floor as well as provided space to spend much needed time with each other so we cannot wait to go back again! Highly recommend the stay.

Bel endroit avec une magnitude terrasse pour manger a l'hombre a 20 personnes sans problème. Maison isolée avec accès par un chemin en terre. Suffisamment isolée pour faire du bruit sans gêner les voisins. Bonne disponibilité de Jaume en cas de besoins. Piscine parfaite. A refaire.

Wonderful villa

Our group of 23 girls stayed in Horta del Pilar from 19-26 July. We had a wonderful time during our stay! We really loved the pool with the whirlpool and the lights. The chef is also recommendable, he cookes in the beautiful garden. Every night when we were in the villa we could eat in the garden at the long table which was great. Barcelona, Calella and other touristic places are closeby. The wine garden in Alella was amazingly beautiful! And the mountainbike activity was also great, well, not if you're a little bit afraid of heights . Jaume thanks for the service in advance and during our stay, evrything was perfectly arranged. Hopefully we will see the villa again!

Our group of 23 girls stayed in Horta del Pilar from 19-26 July. We had a wonderful time during our stay! We really loved the pool with the whirlpool and the lights. The chef is also recommendable, he cookes in the beautiful garden. Every night when we were in the villa we could eat in the garden at the long table which was great. Barcelona, Calella and other touristic places are closeby. The wine garden in Alella was amazingly beautiful! Hace unos meses que nuestra familia disfrutó un fin de semana en Horta del Pilar ,fueron unos dias estupendos,por el encuentro de todos y por lo maravilloso del paraje.Animamos a la gente a que visite Horta del Pilar una casa con todas las comodidades,bien ubicada, con un paisaje maravilloso en plena naturaleza y a escasos minutos del pueblo de Arenys de Mar,gracias sobretodo a Jaume por su interes y predisposición para hacernos los dias más cómodos y agradables. Villa Horta del Pilar ist eine sehr schöne Villa mit viel Geschichte und Jaume ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber mit einem hohen Servicelevel.Wir hatten hier als große Gruppe eine tolle Zeit! Der Außenbereich mit Outdoor-Küche, Garten, Poolhaus, großen Pool etc. ist fantastisch.Auch wenn die Villa an ein paar Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, können wir diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

On a passait une incroyable semaine dans cette magnifique villa spacieuse et avec toutes les commodites ! On a pu profiter de la piscine et des espaces extérieur parfaitement entretenus!Les enfants se sont régalé a tourner autour de la maison en velo.On a pu faire de nombreux barbecue et pizzas.Jaume est un hôte très à l écoute et présent comme il le faut!L accès à la plage est agréable , on se croirait dans les îles!20 min à pied.Je recommande vivement de venir séjourner dans cette maison de famille au charme incontestable!Merci encore JaumeRolandOn est venu à Arenys proche de Barcelone , la semaine où le Barca a gagné contre le réal en coupe d espagne lors d un match chaud bouillant!

Exceptionnel !!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille. Notre hôte Jaume a été génial, et a fortement participé à rendre notre séjour agréable. La maison est parfaite pour une grande famille comme la notre. Localisée dans un endroit calme, elle est située proche de la mer (1km environ), et un train direct nous permet de rejoindre Barcelone en 45min environ. Nous espérons tous revenir un jour!

Nous avons passé la semaine du réveillon du nouvel an dans la Villa. Nous étions un groupe de 28 dont 13 enfants. La maison était parfaite pour nos attentes : repas de groupe, sports, soirées musicales, ... Notre hôte Jaume est un modèle de gentillesse et toujours disponible.

La visita a la ciudad de Barcelona es casi una obligación para completar unas inolvidables vacaciones.
