Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the Bahia II apartment highlights for its strategic location right in the center, next to the Alderdi Eder gardens and La Concha bay. A few steps from the Plaza de Gipuzkoa and the Old Quarter, it is an ideal home for visiting San Sebastián. As is common in some buildings in the heart of the city, the entrance door of the building has ten steps prior to access to the elevator.



The apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room. The master bedroom has a double bed, a spacious closet and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom stands out for its double sink and spacious bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. There is a second full bathroom in the house that has a spacious shower. The kitchen is very spacious: it has a nice peninsula and is equipped with high-end appliances. The living room has a dining area equipped with a table for four guests and a living room area with a three-seater sofa matching an armchair. Thanks to its location on the fourth floor and its orientation to a spacious open block patio, the Bahía II apartment is a perfect combination to ensure a bright and quiet environment in the very heart of the city.

I would recommend to provide extra toilet paper (had to buy extra toilet paper) and towels and soaps. And get rid of the black mold/mushroom on the ceiling in the kitchen. Your service is excellent and made it convenient to get the keys after hours. This is helpful especially for those who get delayed flights. Everything went smoothly. Thank you

Appartement top bien situé et confortable. Petit bémol l’odeur de remonté dans une des salle de bain pas super mais pas invivable non plus et l’isolation mais nous cela ne nous dérange pas on est habitué. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour avec mon mari et mes deux enfants.

Great location, Spotless clean apartment

Check in and parking are a bit convoluted. You have to go to an office in town (with no parking to be found) to pick up the key. Then you have to drive around to (and find in a busy city) the entrance to the underground parking - which by the way is 26 euro PER DAY. After you negotiate all of that you have to walk about 3-4 minutes to actually get to the apartment. There is a wheel chair lift for bags to get to the 1st floor where there is an elevator to get you to the apartment. With all that said - plan to get in early and not when you are tired - this can all be frustrating . Will be easier if you are traveling very light or with no car. The apartment is great - very spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Just two of us but would be very comfortable for 4. Two bathrooms is always a big plus and hard to find. The washing machine was great to have and they have lines outside the kitchen window to hang clothes. No clothes pins so either bring some or walk a few blocks to a little store and they have them. The apartment is very, very noisy from neighbors. upstairs residents are up at 7 am each morning clomping around on the wood floors for about 2 hours. It is LOUD. During our visit the next door neighbors were also doing all kinds of hammering, sawing and noisy work from early morning to early evening. Hopefully this does not happen all the time but we were there 4 days and it happened 2.5 of those days. You hear no street noise. No windows to street - only open to back with a view of other windows of apt. Buildings. The staff is great to work with - very responsive and speak English - and I imagine many other languages. Apartment was just as represented in pictures and descriptions . It is in the perfect location to enjoy San Sebastián - you can walk everywhere.
