Here’s your chance to stay right in the heart of Exeter in this newly renovated 3-storey, 3-bedroom house with plenty of character and space enough for up to 7 people. There’s an open plan living area and kitchen where everyone can gather, and the house is in a location that allows you to easily reach all Exeter’s attractions and business districts. Just 30 seconds walk from the city centre.
New bathroom upgrade planned for November 2020 - Covid has slowed down our plans.
THE SPACE:
The space has a 2 x king or twin beds, 1 x double bed & travel mattress for an additional adult. It's a 3-storey house, thus, the use of stairs is a must.
Visiting Exeter and looking for somewhere right in the middle of where it’s all happening? Whether it’s work or pleasure that’s bringing you to this great city, this 3 bedroom terrace house in central Exeter combines homely comforts with a great location.
There’s an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area that gives up to 7 guests a great space in which to relax and socialize. A brand new sofa invites you to settle back in front of your favourite show on the flat-screen TV. And whoever’s cooking can still feel part of the group, as the modern kitchen shares this space and is full of modern appliances that’ll give you the ability to cook for yourselves on those occasions you’re not eating out or grabbing a takeaway. You can also wash your own clothes whenever you need to, just like at home, great if you’re staying here for the long term. Try doing that in an Exeter hotel!
The trio of bedrooms, 2 kings/twins & a double, with prime quality mattresses and bedding to give you a great night’s sleep. There’s also storage space aplenty for your belongings. So unpack, make yourselves at home, whether you’re staying for the weekend, a week or even longer. The Snug downstairs can provide an extra sleeping space or just a chance to hide away, read & relax. Final mention goes to the home’s bathroom which features a tub and shower so you relax or revitalize at the start or end of the day.

As well as being on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have, the team are also happy to arrange: Airport pick ups and drop offs, a laundry service, home-cooked meals prepared and delivered to your door, full housekeeping service and restaurant reservations.
