Beautiful independent villa located in a central and quiet area of Costa Rei, 2 steps (real) from the sea, with all services at hand. The villa is immersed in a large garden recited and shaded by centuries-old pine trees that allow you to relax outdoors in the comfortable sun beds even on the hottest days. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds, a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV, a kitchenette without oven and, finally, a large veranda equipped for being able to eat outdoors furnished with curtains for privacy. In the garden there is a beautiful shower with hot water, barbecue and parking space even for 2 cars. The villa is proposed for 6 people, also ideal for 2 families.
