A Beautiful development on the out skirts of Nottingham City Centre. This is the penthouse of the development, benefiting from a wraparound balcony with sun all day long, allocated gated parking space, large spacious rooms and two double bedrooms.

OPEN PLAN LIVING & KITCHEN

The Kitchen is a modern fitted wood effect kitchen hosting plenty of storage space and worktop space.

BALCONY An excellent feature in the way of the wraparound balcony to the apartment. Access to the balcony is from the open plan living area and leads right round the side and back of the apartment (three sides). The views from the balcony are excellent and views over Nottingham can be seen.

BEDROOM There are two large bedrooms for the apartment both with windows looking out to the courtyard of the development.

BATHROOM A large bathroom with three piece white suite, consisting of bath, sink, wc and overhead shower, above the bath.
