Family with young children.

The house was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the air con didn't work because it couldn't be sealed around the window. This made it very difficult to sleep in the heat. House was very close to amenities and the kids enjoyed the cool bunkbeds.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig angelegt, ästhetisch schön und komfortabel. Ein schöner Rahmen, um unsere Familie aus Bassano zu einem gemütlichen (in der großen, gut ausgestatteten Küche problemlos selbst gekochten) Abendessen einzuladen. Sehr erfreulich war auch bei unserer Abreise die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit der Service-Fee. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war das Finden und der Check In Vorgang etwas problematisch da das gesendete Bild ein weißes Haus zeigte, es in Wirklichkeit aber orange war. Dazu kam, keine Hausnummer vorhanden, ein italienisches Schreiben, was für Nicht- Italiener nicht verständlich war. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels scheiterte, da der Code nicht dem mitgeteilten entsprach. Ansonsten war der Rest im großen und ganzen ok. Anregung: Standardtexte zumindest in englisch übersetzen. Dom czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Kontakt z właścicielką uprzejmy i rzeczowy. Dom zlokalizowany w strefie prywatnej wraz z innymi budynkami tworzącymi wspólną strefę zamkniętą dla osób postronnych . Blisko znajduje się park z placem zabaw dla dzieci . Niedaleko dostępny spokojny parking (niestrzeżony) . Przez nasz 11-dniowy czas pobytu nie było żadnych niemiłych incydentów.

Tolles Reihenhaus in renovierter historischem Umfeld

Gut gelegen, Parkplatz ca 80-100m weg (man bekommt meist ein guten Platz der nicht unter den Bäumen ist, wo die Vögel das Auto völlig zuschei...). Vermieter sehr nett und reagieren auf Fragen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Strom begrenzt auf 3.5 Kw - sonst fliegt die Hauptsichrung außerhalb der Wohnung - also kein Ofen mit Waschmachine kombinierbar (kein Problem wenn man es weiß). Der Herd zum Glück mit Gasbetrieb. Kommen gerne wieder mal.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Francesca ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch einen starken Ameisenbefall im unteren Bad beeinträchtigt. In den Schlafzimmern sollten die Fenster mit Mückengittern nachgerüstet werden, da bei heißen Temperaturen nur mit offenem Fenster geschlafen werden kann.

A week at Casa di Francesca

Francesca was most helpful. Very clean. Modern. Comfortable. Walking distance to Centro where we found a variety of cafes, restaurants and food shops. Met some very interesting locals who graciously shared their time and stories. We were also able to access local scenic and historical sites with a rental car, as well as a day trip to Venice (take the water bus from Marco Polo Airport). Highly recommend staying at least a week.

Soggiorno a Thiene

La casa è perfettamente corrispondente alle descrizioni. Abbiamo trovato detersivi ed elettrodomestici. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro. La casa è sita in un piccolo complesso residenziale, con attiguo un parcheggio libero. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Tre minuti di auto e sei al Carrefour Esperienza felice. Corrispondenza via email con la proprietà...veloce.
