Welcome to Osalva, a charming house in the idyllic Osalva area of Benissa, where the tranquillity of the rural zone merges with the beauty of the natural surroundings. This cosy Mediterranean-style property can accommodate up to six people and is located a few kilometres from the village, offering stunning views of the Bernia and Oltá mountains, as well as the sea.



Located on a fenced plot, the house has a spacious area for parking several cars, providing comfort from the moment you arrive. The swimming pool is a perfect oasis to cool off on warm days, and the wood-fired barbecue becomes the epicentre of delicious barbecues and magnificent dinners in the company of family or friends.



The interior of the dwelling, distributed on a single floor, offers a comfortable living room where to relax, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is designed to ensure a welcoming and functional accommodation.

Schönes Haus mit eindrucksvollem Panoramablick über das Meer und die umgebenden Berge. :-)

Der Panoramablick ist unschlagbar. Das Haus war sauber und die Abwicklung und Betreuung durch Villas holidays wie gewohnt sehr gut. Poolreinigung vor Gästeankunft. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung über die Nationalstrasse, da Google Maps eine schlechte Routenführung über Benissa Stadt vorschlägt. Es ist besser von der Autobahn kommend auf die Nationalstrasse nach Calpe zu fahren und die Wendemöglichkeit mit kurzer Rückfahrstrecke zur Abfahrt an das Haus zu nutzen.

La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y con unas vistas muy bonitas. Es muy agradable estar en la zona exterior, tiene una amplia mesa para comer y una barbacoa techada y con fregadero que resulta muy práctica. La cocina está nueva y muy bien equipada , también cuenta con una gran mesa al lado de un enorme ventanal que también es muy agradable si hace mal tiempo fuera. Y lo mejor es que puedes estar con tus mascotas. El servicio por Villasholidays fue atento y servicial.

Las vistas son increíbles, la amplitud y comodidad de la cocina , techos altos hacen una estancia muy acogedora, la piscina privada aunque no hemos podido disfrutarla por el tiempo . La toallas y la ropa de cama muy bien. un poco complicado el acceso hasta llegar a la casa por la carretera

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage.

Kontakt zur Agentur ausgezeichnet, sei es persönlich, per Mail oder WhatsApp. Haus in guter Lage mit bernia und Meeresblick über den penon. Sehr sauberer Pool und trotz nur 7 mtr Länge konnten wir auch vernünftig schwimmen, da die Einstiegstreppe nur an einer Seite des Pools war. Das Haus war mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Unser Bett war bequem und auch warme Decken für die kühleren Nächte in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die Agentur nicht. Top ! Das einzige Manko war die Zufahrt über die n 332 aus Richtung benissa mit einem Umweg von 2,3 km bis zum nächsten Kreisverkehr!!!! Für uns als Urlauber schon nervig, aber für alle Anwohner dort ein No Go.

Villa bien située mais annonce pas du tout en accord avec la réalité et surtout le prix. La villa est petite ainsi que la piscine. Le portail n'est pas automatique et il n'y a pas de climatisation. L'ameublement ainsi que le confort ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix pratiqué

Der Ausblick ist großartig. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist ausreichend. Da das Haus mitten auf einem Berg steht, ist es dort ziemlich windig. Die Stärke nimmt im Laufe des Tages zu. Das Aufstellen von Sonnenschirm & Wäscheständer ist deshalb nicht möglich. Gegen Nachmittag/Abend ist es doch recht kühl gewesen. Toll ist die Außenküche mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Die Größe vom Pool ist zum Abkühlen toll, allerdings muss man bei der Treppe aufpassen, da die Stufen zur Seite hin sehr scharfkantig sind. Reisezeit 16.06.24 - 28.06.24 Der Ausblick ist großartig. Très belle maison très bonne prestations très propre la piscine est un peu petite par rapport à la photo pas idéal pour les touts petits l’entretien de celle ci magnifique toute les semaines sinon très bon séjour a conseiller

Si lo que busca es tranquilidad esta es tu casa. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares de todo Calpe y está solo a unos 10minutos . Camas comodísimas dormimos muy bien y la cocina es estupenda tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Una de las cosas que más me ha gustado a sido comer en el jardín con las impresionante vistas a Calpe y la piscina No lo llamaría negativo pero me hubiera gustado que la piscina cubriera un poco mas
