You can enjoy a fireplace in one of the apartments, as well as in the social lounge.

The building also has an area with capacity for up to 26 people ideal for meetings, meals, family dinners or professionals. A rehabilitated space where some of the treasures that Nicolás kept, such as an old picture of lights, door keys, or maps that today are part of the decoration among many other historical elements.
