The apartment is in full rustic style, with an independent entrance on the ground floor. Consisting of a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a single bed), bathroom with shower, living room (it is possible to add two beds) with kitchenette and outdoor veranda with garden with chairs, tables and possibility of using the barbecue. An internal cloister is also available in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and everything needed for preparing meals. Shared washing machine and unattended private parking are also available. The apartment is also equipped with wifi internet connection and air conditioning.

Outside (and from the windows) you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Tuscan hills, the place is ideal for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday, and you can admire the Alpacas grazing, together with the small family of Tibetan goats and the horse. of breed Falabella called Imperatore, to the Amiata donkey named Giulio, cats and the cavalierking dog named Charlie. You can also enjoy free use of the large 7x14 linear meter swimming pool surrounded by the wonderful park.

On request we offer vintage Vespa tours through our Tuscan hills, cooking classes at the Alpaca Country House and guided tours of the neighboring cellars. At the Alpaca Country House, a typical Tuscan Osteria, you can taste the typical local dishes and game, as well as admire the only Alpaca farm in the wild in the province of Pisa.
