Un bel appartement, vaste, un organisme fiable

Très bel appartement, remarquablement situé, près de la colline des Muses, de Plaka. Procédure d'arrivée souple. Un organisme à l'écoute des voyageurs. Bien organisé, fiable.

Bug-infested apartment

We were disappointed with this apartment. The property manager did not communicate that there was an infestation of cockroaches; the morning after we arrived, a company came to put down gel in the kitchen and bathroom. We then continued to see roaches for the next six days, including dead roaches in the silverware drawer. We were very disgusted. We were also dismayed by the large chairs in the tiny kitchen; it is not set up for four (much less six) people to eat. We were only given one set of keys to the apartment. There was not an extra set of sheets in the apartment to make up separate sleeping spaces for our children. The part of the experience that was most supportive was the location; we could walk to the Acropolis, the tram, and restaurants. But the space inside of the apartment was unsatisfying, even repulsive, and we would not stay there again.

Close to all city sights

There was good communication with the property manager. George helped with our airport pick up but really could have done on our own we just wanted to make sure we would get to correct place. First time for us getting a place with property management system so this was different - a little less personable. Apartment is exactly like pics. It is very comfortable. We Felt safe- we walked early mornings and we walked to and from center with no problems; was quiet so we have good night sleep; A/C is good. We wish for more info at apartment (guide books, maps, list of restaurants, supermarkets, etc)- info was provided via VRBO but I could not access it . If you like to be adventurous and you are map phone savvy then you will be ok to find restaurants, bus , metro. Kitchen is equipped with pots dishes- but no napkins and no kitchen towels to wipe/clean. The only negative that our group experience was a BAD smell from the shower. There was some “moldy” looking black / red in shower tile. Needs to be scrubbed good with cleaner. We would stay here again but shower tiles need cleaning. Like the washer/drier and can hang clothes outside.

Wonderful stay

Loved staying at George’s apartment. It was located in a quiet area but still walking distance to most everting. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend it to friends traveling to Athens.

Beautiful appartment near Athens centre

Spacious apartment in neat neighbourhood Koukaki Nearby are lots of restaurants and bars but the street of the apartment is quiet. 15 minute walk to Akropolis and Plaka. Good and direct communication with the owner George. Transport from hotel went smoothly. We had a pleasant stay in this appartment and Athens

Great location

Stayed here as a party of 4 and could not have been happier with the accomodations. George is a fantastic host and also offers transfers and tours. We used his services to and from the airport and the port. All drivers and rides were professional, clean and exceeded expectations. We also booked tours through George and got to see sites and have experiences I didnt realize were a must in Athens and the surrounding areas. Our trip was perfect and it was in large part due to George and the properties and services he offers

Excellent!

Very comfortable stay with cold A/C, full kitchen, clean, contemporary bathroom and cozy beds! Great location too just a few minute walk from some great restaurants! Recommend!!

Beau séjour, mais accueil à retravailler

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement était parfait. Toutefois, l'accueil avec l'hôte a été complexe et la communication avec ce dernier a été compliqué la journée même de la prise de possession de l'appartement. On m'a notamment demandé à la dernière minute de devancer la prise de possession des clés de une heure. Ce n'était pas possible de notre côté et nous n'avons eu aucune confirmation si le rendez-vous initiale avait toujours lieu où non. Cela a été assez dérangeant et désagréable...

Awesome time

The property is in a great neighborhood away from the tourists. Close to the sites but not so crowded. George and his team took great care of us. They arranged airport transfers and took us on reasonably priced tours of Delphi, the Peloponnesus and the Temple of Poseidon. John is the best! Highly recommend.

Nice days in Athens

We all fell in love with Athens, old but charming city. Apartment with location do close to the center, you cant get to everywhere walking even though the streets and sidewalks are not adapted to children, baby seats or old people. Kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, forniture .... are complete and new. Attention by landlord was also perfect even when our arriving was at late night. We only have good words to explain our staying in Athens.

Mykonos Retreat

The owners of this property are amazing! Mrs. Isabel greeted us w/ local coconut cookies & the freshest homemade Greek salad! The next morning, she gave us a platter of her Moussaka that was the most delicious Greek food we’ve ever had! The apartment was very clean & such a wonderful beach retreat overlooking a serene area of Mykonos. Greg did a great job communicating before, during, & after our stay. The hot tub on the deck & the private pool were added bonuses! You need a car or taxi service to reach the property, but it is so worth the trek up the cliff for beautiful accommodations & breathtaking views!
