Lovely 3 Bedroom townhouse, located in the Old Village Complex in Vilamoura. Completely refurbished and interior designed. Just 15 minutes walking distance to the Marina, few meters away from 3 swimming pools, small supermarket and several restaurants and bars.
Property fully equipped, with air conditioning in all areas.
It is an entire townhouse, from ground floor, first floor and balcony, so you can enjoy both a small lawn area, and a balcony with views over Vilamoura, Pinhal Golf Course and Atlantic Ocean.
Guests will have access to 3 separate swimming pools available in the complex, free of charge.The Sun Loungers within the pool areas are paid. (2 Eur per half day per chair).
Our management services agency will help you with any need that may arise during your stay.
If you require airport transfer, we will also be glad to help.

Superb property and an outstanding host

We booked this property for a short break for my mother and sisters to celebrate mums 80th birthday. The house suited all our needs as it was superbly furnished and ideally located. The check in and check out process was very straightforward. The host Rodrigo was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We are a portuguese married couple with three girls from 13 to 21 years old, that love the Algarve and in particular the Old Village complex.

Since the first time that we visited the complex, we fell in love for it, for its beautiful gardens, common areas, and all around the year life and people.

We first bought a house 19 years ago, and have recently bought a bigger one, to ensure that all our big family can come to enjoy sunny Algarve.

Our passion is also hospitality business, as we like to meet and greet our customers, that easily become our friends.

Our vacation always include staying in the Algarve, and so we can recommend "our spots", to share with our guests, the best experiences around.
