There is also a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor cloakroom with a basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a reading room with a woodburning stove and a utility. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for one car, a side garden with table and chairs. There is a pub in 0.6 miles and a shop in 3.4 miles. The left hand (as you stand with your back to the road and look at the house) area of the front garden is available to guests of The Old School House, please be aware the rest of the garden is private property and not for the use of guests. Guests may use the front gate and foot path to access the property.
