Splendid detached villa with over 2000 square meters of garden in the shade of the Mediterranean scrub of the Tuscan Maremma, located on the hill of Talamonaccio at about 100 meters above sea level 10 'on foot to the small coves and beaches both of sand and rock on the bay of Talamone or in 5 'by car you will be at the most beautiful beaches of the Silver coast from Talamonaccio to Porto Santo Stefano always in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.
The villa consists of a large living area with a kitchen complete with appliances and kitchenware, 1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with bunk beds + 1 large bathroom with shower cabin. Outside there is a beautiful veranda, where you can enjoy breakfasts and dinners in the shade of centuries-old pines, there are 2 gardens, one in front of the house with a barbeque and one at the back of the house in the cool of large oak trees also here equipped with a dining table .
Equipped with a private parking area adjacent to the villa for up to two cars.
The sea is a few hundred meters away, with the possibility of reaching a small cove of little-used rocks where you can spend a few hours relaxing with the beautiful sea that surrounds it or a small sandy beach also very close, ideal for those who stay with children .
Or with the car in 10 'you can reach a great beach with lifeguard with umbrellas and deck chairs, this is the beach that starting from the court of the cowboys or from the rock of talamonaccio through the giannella you reach santa liberata and then monte argentario .
The Talamonaccio hill is located near or above the village of Fonteblanda served by an excellent public bus service that takes you both to the center of Talamone and to Orbetello famous for its lagoon and to Monte Argentario + is served by the presence of a train station International.
The hill of Talamonaccio famous for its Etruscan sites, and the tower you can get to visit with an hour or more of time cities like Siena - Florence - Rome or archaeological sites like Vulci etc. and of course the Terme di Saturnia are very close.

Das Objekt ist sehr zauberhaft, aber es steht am falschen Ort. Unterhalb verläuft die Hauptstraße und die Bahnlinie. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden.

Piccolo angolo rilassante

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante circondato dalla vegetazione con vista sulla campagna. Il mare molto bello a pochi passi dell'abitazione con vista sulla costa, Giglio, Montecristo e Monte Argentario e sulla spiaggia della Giannella che si unisce a quella dell'Osa creando un tutt'uno di sabbia e pineta. Proprietario premuroso.

Kein gutes Objekt

Es fehlte in der Beschreibung, dass das Objekt einer Dauerbeschallung der unterhalb vorbeiführenden Schnellstrasse und der Eisenbahnstrecke unterliegt. Auch ein in der Nähe liegendes Hotel verursacht lauten Musiklärm. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Abstellmöglichkeiten gibt es nur begrenzt, da das Haus offensichtlich auch vom Vermieter genutzt wird und somit Schränke belegt oder verschlossen sind. Für die Gartenmöbel gibt es keine Sitzauflagen. Der Strand ist zwar in 10min erreichbar, aber nur runter über gefühlte 100 Treppenstufen. Alternativ ist ein Stein-/Felsstrand erreichbar, aber auch nur erheblich bergrunter. Das Objekt liegt auf einem Berg. Die Müllcontainer sind an der Schnellstrasse in einiger Entfernung. Insgesamt kein Objekt für entspannten Urlaub.

Bien mais description un peu superlative

Une belle maison, bien entretenue, bien localisée à proximité de toutes les zones touristiques,petite plage à pied et une de sable en voiture toute proche. Bémol: "grand salon" un peu petit, jardin non accessible en grande partie, et chambre enfant peu sécurisée, sans barrière sur le lit du haut superposé à déconseiller si petits avec des lampes chaudes en chevet (ma fille s'est brûlée). Mais globalement une location agréable et de bonne facture.
