The bedroom, also furnished with taste and elegance, is very comfortable. The bed consists of a very comfortable and comfortable latex mattress. From the bedroom you can directly access the rear garden of the house, furnished with style and great care by the owner and also completely surrounded by colorful flowers and plants. Casa Xiola has a strategic location, it is surrounded by very useful services: a supermarket just 50 meters away, several pizzerias 100 meters away, the historical and commercial center from the city 15 minutes on foot. Less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment is the green lung of the city, the Parco Fausto Noce, a place to play sports or relax for a pleasant walk in the countryside.
All the beaches of Northern Sardinia are perfectly reachable in less than 10 minutes by car (the beaches of the lido of Olbia, Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo and Portisco) and at 20 minutes those for Porto Cervo, San Teodoro and Budoni.
