Hola Ramón, fue un placer tenerles en mi propiedad, la comunicación con Vds. fue muy fluida y dejaron el apartamento en buen estado. Respecto al internet y la lavadora, efectivemente la vivienda no dispone de ello. En el anuncio, homeaway da la posibilidad de indicar que dispone la propiedad y en ningún momento marcamos las casillas de disponibilidad de internet y lavadora....les mando un saludo muy fuerte y espero que hayan disfrutado de sus vacaciones!!

I recommend my property because the urbanization is very quiet, the apartment is in very good condition and full equiped and it is very well located. Wonderful views over the nature reserve of Santoña and the mountains . The Cantabric motorway is just to 4-5 min., Santander (20 min.), Bilbao (30-35 minutes), Santillana del Mar (30 minutes) and the nearest beaches are 10 minutes away.
