MH05 - 2 Bed Villa near beach, Registered with Murcia Tourist Board
This lovely 2 bed 2 bath semi detached villa is located in a great position on the popular resort of Mojon Hills, close to the traditional village of Isla Plana. The villa is right next to a communal pool which can be seen from almost any part of the villa. This residential resort has a pretty garden around the pool, with parasols and artificial grass, and the pool is gated and secure for residents use only.
The villa is fully fitted for a comfortable easy holiday for a family or any group up to six.
The villa has a small sun terrace with concrete pergola over at the front, with patio set for 4 people. A small garden area around the villa, laid to easy maintenance gravel. The accommodation comprises: living area with sofa bed, TV and DVD, coffee table and TV unit, all in a modern white wood effect. French windows lead from the living area on to the small front terrace.
There is a dining area with seating for 4 people, and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tall fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine will ensure that you can breakfast like a king!
The archway from the living area leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The twin room has access to the main shower room, whilst the double room has it's own ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The aircon in this villa runs by meter, and 10€ per week is included free of charge. Clients may buy more cards on arrival if required. Cards are available from the resort rep on arrival.
From the rear of the villa, the stairs lead to the upper solarium, top terrace with stunning sea views. Here there is a parasol and base and 4 loungers, so a perfect spot for a little sun worshipping! . The views from the solarium are beautiful, with a panoramic view of the whole of the Bay of Mazarrón, from La Azohía to the left, to Puerto de Mazarrón at the end of the bay to the right.
However, for the younger members of the family, the sandy beaches of Isla Plana are just a short walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
Pets are permitted only with permission and by prior arrangement and there is a 25 euros cleaning supplement per booking for animals.
Smoking is not allowed, only outside the villa on terraces only.

This is a villa with all the you could want for a relaxing break, close to safe sandy beaches on the Costa Calida, one of the warmest regions of South Eastern Spain (the clue is in the name). The views are stunning, a beautiful bay, South facing with many little coves and inlets, framed by rugged mountains that announce this is a Spanish coast.
Breakfast or dinner on the terrace looking out over the bay, the lovely town of La Azohia in the distance and the view of the sea is worth the visit alone.
If eating out is on the menu the pretty village of Isla Plana is a few minutes walk away, on the beach. There is a supermarket (that will also deliver) and some local shops with all the provisions you might need and a selection of bars and restaurants for an enjoyable evening. A few minutes drive away is Puerto Mazarron - a typical small Spanish town with a harbour and a new marina. The local fishing fleet provides good fish to the bars and restaurants in the town, and there is a promenade with a wide selection of outdoor restaurants to choose from.
Nearby the Sierra Espuna National Park has great walks and trails, there is a big selection of golf courses within a 30 minute drive and the Paramount Park development will provide a Disneyland type attraction only 20 minutes drive away. Cartegena is a walled naval port where the Armada sailed from, Murcia is the delightful Moorish capital for the region, full of historical charm and both are within 30 minutes drive.
Yoga classes are available in the local village and can be arranged for you. Additionally private classes can be arranged at the villa,which has a lovely pergola on the upper solarium to offer shade for the yoga area. We can also organise to have several villas hired together and a complete self catering yoga holiday provided for the occupants. This is provided through our yoga holiday tour company.
This property is legally registered as a holiday home with the Murcia Tourist Board.
Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024. Casa en buen estado , camas bien , muebles bien , piscina muy agradable y posibilidad de bañarse de noche .
Habría que cambiar algún utensilio de cocina . No gastamos ni los Díez euros de aire acondicionado que nos regalaron ya que corre la brisa toda la noche

En primer lugar decir que la anfitriona estuvo siempre atenta y disponible para cualquier duda o ayudar en lo que pudiera.
La casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo, la piscina a 5 metros de la casa, y las playas y comercios también están cerca.
La casa en general está bien pero veo varios puntos a mejorar.
No estaba muy limpio el menaje de la cocina, a la casa en general le hace falta un repaso tanto en limpieza como en arreglos y pintura, el sofá lo reemplazaría y la parte del ático la mejoraría sustancialmente para disfrutar al máximo de las vistas tan privilegiadas que tiene la casa, las sillas y la mesa las cambiaría por otras de más calidad .
