Las casas
Rusticana consta de dos edificios, una cabaña original construida en la década de 1950 y la casa principal agregada en 1979.
LA CASA PRINCIPAL: linda y acogedora con mucha luz natural, la casa principal cuenta con espectaculares vistas del lago desde las dos enormes puertas corredizas de vidrio en la habitación principal. Las puertas conducen a una cubierta de 30 pies de largo que domina la costa a solo unos metros de distancia. Dos mesas, con capacidad para 10 personas, más una parrilla de gas hacen que sea un lugar espectacular para pasar el día. Nunca se cansará de ver el sol hundirse sobre la ladera occidental mientras disfruta de una copa de vino local o observa a los niños divertirse en el agua cristalina. En días lluviosos o noches frescas, disfruta de la televisión por cable, navega por Internet o piérdete en un excelente libro sobre los sofás nuevos. Hay muchos juegos de cartas, juegos de mesa y rompecabezas disponibles para la diversión pasada de moda. Por la noche, deja que el suave sonido del agua lamiendo la orilla te adormezca.

LA CASA: Construida con cariño por el propietario original, pero tiene muchas actualizaciones recientes. La cabaña con marco de madera e interior cuenta con dos habitaciones pintorescas (la "suite de luna de miel" tiene una pequeña terraza frente al lago), un baño completo, un porche cerrado con un sofá cama nido y un futón de tamaño completo. ¡Tome su taza de café del gabinete original de Hoosier y prepárese para disfrutar de la alegría de un día en el lago!

Very nice location on the lake with an easy check in process. If you’re traveling as a couple/with other couples, keep in mind that the biggest bed here is a Queen, but we were totally fine for two nights. Getting to Watkins Glen, Letchworth, and other nearby parks was quick and easy.

Family/Friends Vacation

Amazing property and location. Tons of watercraft to enjoy with the family. You can hang out on the dock during the day and enjoy a fire at night overlooking the lake. The host was responsive and awesome to deal with. Having two house was great to split up the early risers and the people who like to sleep in. I would highly recommend and rent again.

Everything we hoped for

Mom (84yr) and daughters & niece spent 4 relaxing, fun filled days reading, playing cards, rock painting, boating and at times... laughing out of control.The porch is perfect for morning coffee, waving at passers-by, crafting and evening cocktail hour. Although the Rusticana is cozy, it never seemed cramped - there was plenty of room for the friends who stopped in for a day.It was nice to be able to walk out the door for a stroll and get different views of the lake and other cottages.Hoping for another stay next year.

Long weekend with family

The property was a quaint cabin and cottage right on the lake. We enjoyed the outdoor areas with the views. Perfect for our family get away for a long weekend. Property was well kept and very clean. Exactly as described.

Great spot on the lake, great lake frontage, close to Hammondsport

Stayed for a long weekend, overall great experience and phenomenal hosts. Property is a nice little cottage (that you don’t see a lot of anymore on Keuka). Everything was as described and very clean and ready for our stay. Overall great property, recommend to any couples, families, friend groups looking to just enjoy Keuka.

Fantastic stay!

We had such a wonderful time with our stay at the cabins. Communication with the family was very quick in responding. The best part was that we were able to bring our 2 dogs. Everything you needed for the stay was there! We will definitely be back! Thank you again! The Boncore Family.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time at Rusticana. Perfect location to visit the wineries, breweries and to do a little fishing. Something for everyone in our party. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nancy was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location on Keuka Lake

Can ask for a better local on Keuka Lake. The two immaculately clean houses on the property are literally within feet of the shore, which in includes a great dock, firepit, and plenty of non motorized boats and floats. Parking is great and the larger home is completely renovated with all modern amenities. Owners/hosts are very communicative and there for any questions. Would definitely recommend for family gathering or friend getaways.

Fall trip

Nice homey feel. Well stocked with necessities and property owner was just a phone call away, but we didnt need to call. Everything was great. The only item not a 5* was cleanliness and thst was because in the smaller cottage the floors seemed a little dirty.

Wonderful place to stay with kids!

It was a perfect spot on the water with young kids. Our kiddos could wade in the lake with their water shoes and play in the stones on the shore. Very clean, cozy, quaint, and comfortable. Nothing fancy about it, but who needs fancy when you’re on Keuka Lake? Rusticana had everything we needed, and it was a wonderful week.

Perfect family spot!

This place was perfect. This has been one of our best family vacations! The location was great and the lake was beautiful. The boats and paddle boards were a lot of fun. It is such a bonus to be one the water and not have to deal with steps. The parking is convenient as well, I noticed that most places do not have ample parking. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The smaller house was cool too. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the lake!

Our wonderful stay at Rusticana

We loved our stay at the Rusticana. It was a lovely place that was so clean and you could tell the owners have been updating every area. We loved how the lake was right there with space for the kids to play. Their highlight was fishing off the dock. My 7 year old said “ this is the best hotel we have stayed in”. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space. One family stayed in the smaller house. We had a lovely time. As I wake up a week later today I wished I was there this morning! The sunsets were great as well as the people we met on our walk. Fun fun!

Perfect Fall Getaway!

Rusticana was perfect for our friends and family fall trip! This was our second time visiting and it was just as beautiful as the first. Ann was amazing to work with, the houses were super clean, and the watercrafts got a lot of use. I would highly suggest visiting and we will likely be back again someday.

Rusticana was wonderful!

As our Framily (the Rin-We's) has grown it was nice to have the Cottage for our young adult kids to stay in. The house was stocked with everything we needed and very comfy and clean. It was a bonus not to have to got out and get wood for the fire as the wood was provided for you! We enjoyed our 13 year of vacationing in the Finger Lakes on our Columbus Day long weekend!

Lovely lake getaway

This is an amazing property for us. We just love this place. This was our second stay. Both times have been a wonderful experience. Everything you could need is provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and bed coverings. So many outdoor and water items. The property owners are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. Overall, just a great little place. Can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful Property!

This place came with everything! Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of cleaning and bathroom supplies, games for children, outdoor water toys for young and old, and plenty of firewood for camp fires. The camps were clean and bright. The multiple air conditioners came in handy on hot days! The multiple camps were also great when people wanted to get away for some quiet time. The smaller camp did get a little warm on the hot days when the portable unit struggled to keep up, but it did cool off at night when the sun went down. We had great weather so we spent most of our time outside. We drove around the entire lake one day visiting a couple wineries and breweries. Took a drive to Watkins Glen State Park another day, and rode bikes too. The water was warm enough to swim and take all the different boats that were provided out a bunch of times. We fed a nice family of ducks that came by each day. The camp is right in the water, so you don't have to cross the street and go down a bunch of stairs to get there. This is great for people with younger children! Overall, a great place and we look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful Setting

Great view, right on the water, very relaxing, and worked well for a multiple family gathering. And Keuka lake is not as big nor busy as some of the other Finger Lakes – didn't feel overrun by motor boats or their noise. Only 5 miles from Hammondsport, so getting supplies isn't too difficult.

Wonderful week at Keuka Lake

We had a great time. The kids ages 6, 7 and 9 loved kayaking and playing games. Having two separate buildings was nice for different sleep schedules. We brought our own food and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. Being right next to the beach was awesome.
