A great apartment with large and spacious rooms and tasteful decor. The aircon worked efficiently. Loved the location lots of good restaurants in the area. Particularly liked Merci for breakfast. Used the stairs to work off the good food but the elevator was great to take our luggage.

We had a great stay at this property in the Marais. Very well located, the property was clean, good communication from the host and the apartment was well stocked. Will stay with this host again.

Book this place now! It was amazing from start to finish! Communication was great! Check-in was easy! The place is beautiful and in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping and jumping on the metro. During the heat of the summer, we were also grateful for the air conditioning! This apartment was perfect for our adult family of 6. Thank you! We will back!

The location was great! The host was receptive and helpful. The only complaint I have is that AC was not great. Living room was very warm and bedrooms were hot at night.

Really happy that you enjoyed this great area of the Marais so much. In my opinion this is indeed the best part of the Marais though of course I am biased. I regret you were here during a heat wave. It was not a comfortable time in Paris.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was not quite up to my standards but it is fine if you don't try to do fancy meals for 6 people. The location near a metro stop and close to wonderful shops, cafés, restaurants and markets is fantastic.

The location was ideal. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. Location very close to the St Sebastien Metro.Need to take the Metro or Uber to most major attractions.

Great apartment. Communication from the host was speedy. Requests quickly met. There were air conditioner units in each room. Be aware that this is not equivalent to north american central air conditioning though and we did request additional fans for the hottest days which were quickly supplied. Combination washer/dryer in kitchen. Steps away from tons of shops, restaurants, metro stations.

I am happy that you had a good time and thank you for your comments. Much appreciated. Regarding the aircon, which is a high grade fully integrated system, I regret you were not initially comfortable, mentioning humidity. With the recent and successive heatwaves there was an excess of stored heat in older buildings in Paris and an unusual buildup in the system filters affecting airflow. When you contacted us we cleaned these straight away brought in fans as requested to help in the meantime/ Once that was sorted, the AC was working perfectly well and we understand you were comfortable for the rest of your stay. Thank you for your patience with this at the time. We hope to be able to welcome you back to Paris on another occasion.

The area is excellent with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious with 2 working bathrooms, hot waters. As advertised.

Very easy check in process. Host was terrific at communicating leading up to the stay. Great locaton, place was clean and comfortable. Amenities were good, not 5-star, but very good and perfectly acceptable. A great place for a trip to Paris.

This is a great apartment in a great location. There is a small lift to get you to the 3rd floor, the apt is spacious with places to sit and nice windows to open for a cross breeze. The kitchen is small, with no oven, but as long as you're not preparing a big meal it works great. We went to both the local shops and the local markets and found plenty to buy that we could prepare in the kitchen. There are bread, meat, cheese, chocolate, wine and pastry shops within 5 minutes walking and 2 , maybe 3 decent grocery stores, just as close. Lots of cafes within a few minutes as well. We even found 2 yoga studios within 10 minutes. The metro is 1 minute out the door. There are so many places to eat nearby. It was quiet too.

Their apartment was perfect for my family stay in Paris. Everything that I expected from the photos. All rooms are good sizes, really comfortable beds and it’s really quiet particularly considering you’re in the Marais. Beautifully stylish kitchen which we understand was recently put in . Ac worked really well and it had an elevator. Great location. Museums restaurants café shops right there and the Metro is 53 steps away . My daughter counted !! we will definitely book again..

Fantastic stay

Wonderful central location, plenty of sleeping room, living and hanging out area, kitchen space. Stayed warm in February with lots of pillows and easy access with the elevator.

Great stay in the Marais

Wonderful location, right near metro and lots of restaurants. Easy to get to the major attractions but our area felt more relaxed. Comfortable apartment and James was very responsive when I had a question. Worked well for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Would stay again!

Wonderful week in Paris

Apartment was spacious for 6 adults. Walkable to Notre Dame and the Left Bank. Great cafe’s and markets close by. Will definitely be back!
