最近改装されたこの家は、大理石の階段を通って互いに連絡を取り合う2つのレベルにあります。 中庭のそれの最初のレベルは、サービスバスルームへと続く広いリビングエリアにつながるキッチン、ガラステーブル、２人用の快適なソファーベッド、そして設備の整った壁につながる大きな廊下を含みます本棚と衛星テレビが備わります。

アパートのこのエリアには、地面から始まる2つの快適な窓があり、快適に座ったまま、路地の生活や窓辺に置かれた植物を観察することができます。

クロームメッキのスチール製欄干のある大理石の階段から、居心地の良い寝室が見えます。そして快適な肘掛け椅子。

路地を見渡す錬鉄製の備品、地中海の植物や花で飾られたフラワーボックスがあります。 下の階には、シャワープレート、ランドリー、収納室のある2つの大きな大理石のバスルームがあります。

Comfortable, great location

Property as advertised. Staff had good recommendations for restaurants, grocery, Good beds. Easy walk to metro, lots of nice restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean apt!

Great apartment in a great spot

Quality Naples Property

The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a good location close to the cruise port. Communication was great & the room looks exactly as advertised. If you can’t handle spiral stairs, you may want to consider a different property. We slept 4 adults comfortably & we would book again.

Amazing Treasure in the heart of Naples

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful property near the port and Spanish Quarter of Naples. It was so beautifully decorated and spacious. We each had a large bedroom and bath, plus laundry and a separate 1/2 bath on the first floor. An entire family could easily be comfortable here. Anna (host) was amazing and helpful during our entire stay and even before. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful downtown apartment, clean, spacious and like new. Owner Anna and assistants Marco and Gennaro were responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment is highly secure, appears to have been recently remodeled, and offers everything a visitor might need for a visit to Naples.

Good Spot

This location was pretty close to everything- a couple banks, nice pizza spots, lovely cafes and the castle nuovo. I always felt safe walking around by myself. The manager, Anna, was always quick to respond. The apartment is spacious and well lit. It’s a basement apartment so you won’t get much natural light. Other than that, this place is a good spot.

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment and central to all main attractions

Just returned from a two night stay in Naples on a girls weekend. The apartment had everything we needed, it was well equipped and clean. It also had a few bits in the kitchen, like tea, coffee, etc which was helpful. Check in and out was really easy and the owners were very responsive over email. If I had one negative is that the pictures make it look really bright which it isn't, however we didn't mind because we weren't in the apartment much and it was nice to have a dark room to sleep in at night. I would stay again and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Naples.....

This is a beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious, and even better than advertised. The apartment seems bright with the color schemes. The bedrooms are located downstairs. We found them to be private and comfortable. The apartment is located through a courtyard, so it gives a sense of privacy. There are several restaurants and grocery stores with in easy walking distance. The hosts made check in very simple by providing clear directions along with photos. The hosts were quick to respond and also provided us with some excellent dining recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular

This was our 7th vrbo stay on our travels. It was in our top 2 of the best. Here are some good things to know. Pro’s -Location is great -Check in process very smooth -Apartment very nicely decorated and spacious -Very Clean and fresh ground coffee -Pictures are accurate -True 2 bedroom and 2 baths with an additional half bath -Washer and dryer worked great -Close to attractions and restaurants everywhere -Beautiful courtyard garden to sit and have coffee or wine, very peaceful -Anna was fantastic and very accommodating -Reserved a taxi for us and that was very helpful Con’s -We could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper This was such a wonderful apartment and experience, we would highly recommend to everyone!!!

Accueil merveilleux par Marco avec tous les informations de la ville, l. appartement est fidèle au photo, bien situé. Le quartier est quelque peux non rassurant et sale. Le stationnement est non loin mais a30€ .appartement proper et calmer et bien equipé.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé. Un peu bruyant par rapport à la rue et un peu obscur mais la décoration et l ambiance compense très largement. L accueil de Marco est très agréable.

Elegant and cozy centrally located apartment

My parents, young daughter, baby, and I had a wonderful stay, and Marco was a fantastic host, even delivering fresh local Neapolitan pastries! The apartment is very quiet, despite its central location. We walked all over Naples easily. The only reason I don’t give the apartment five stars is that the three bedrooms/sleeping areas have curtains rather than doors for one wall. This is not a problem in terms of light, but does mean there is not a strong sound barrier between the bedrooms and the living room. This only mattered for us because we were traveling with a baby. And even then, we were extremely happy with the apartment, and our host. Thank you!

Extremely comfortable and clean.

Was very very loud at night—street parties right outside. Needed to keep windows open by no ventilation otherwise and very warm. Great grocery stores just steps away and walkable to train station.

Nous étions 3 couples pour notre séjour. Très bel appartement.... très central ..... mais quartier un peu bruyant. Les chambres n’étant pas totalement fermées..... il y a un manque d’intimité ..... heureusement que nous sommes des amis de longue date..... verres en plastique..... bof ..... pas de cafetière..... manque d’ustensiles de cuisine .... ce ne sont pas des critiques négatives..... c’est juste pour améliorer la location.

Great location!

We loved this apartment! Very cheerful, updated appliances, all the amenities you could need on vacation. Gennaro was very charming and so helpful. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Fantastic!

My family had an excellent stay in Naples and this apartment. The location was great, surprisingly private and quiet for being in a big city yet close enough to reach the port and centra of the city by foot, and metro! Marco, who met us upon arrival, was super-friendly and showed us around the apartment and showed where everything was and how it worked. We greatly appreciated that there was bottled water, toilet paper, soap, and washing up liquid in the apartment, as those are things one usually forgets to bring and always have trouble finding the first day. On that note: a well stocked grocery shop is located in the next building. The apartment was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and living room all had air condition, which was great as it was very hot during our stay. The communication with the landlady, Anna, was superb. We would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Naples!

appartement moderne, bien localisé, fonctionnel, agréable, propre et à l'abri de la grande chaleur (mais peu d'ouverture sur la rue donc peu de lumière). Sécurisé avec 2 portes blindées. Excellent accueil.

Great apartment with great location

Loved the apartment. Very spacious, well maintained. We had a problem with the lock and the on-site response time to assist us was meer minutes!! Two bedrooms and two sitting rooms (with pullout couch). Very open concept but a lot of space. Two bathrooms and a kitchen with sitting area. PROS - well furnished and supplied. Grocery store and discount store meters away. Anna and staff are very helpful. Great location - centrally located, quick walk to metro, 1 stop from train station, near port. CON - on the cusp of a seedy neighbourhood. Head away from the port direction and all is good. Head towards the port and not so nice. Lots of services but very dirty. The city is covered in graffiti but the people are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Lots of sites and areas to explore. This is a great oasis with access to numerous services for all travellers!! Loved the apartment.

Centrale e confortevole

L'appartamento è pulito, molto curato e comodo. Noi eravamo 3 adulti, ognuno col suo spazio autonomo. La posizione, poi, è molto centrale a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Municipio e via Toledo. Molto gentile e simpatico Gennaro che ci ha accolto. Assolutamente consigliato.

A beautiful apartment in a big city!

Anna is great and her apartment is amazing! Spacious, modern, bright, quiet, and a wonderful refuge from a long day of sightseeing. Don't let the address mislead you; Anna's office is on a busy street but the apartment is on the backside in a quiet, little traveled alley way. We spent a weekend in Naples, which is a fascinating, frenetic, and noisy city. There were five of us, including 3 kids. We all loved the location and layout of the apartment. We looked forward each afternoon to getting back to the apartment to unwind and cool off in comfort. The apartment is centrally located, with many restaurants, cafes, and sights within walking distance and Pompeii is only a 30 minute drive away. We had a rental car and Anna provided us a reasonably priced 24-hour parking garage which was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I strongly recommend this property; we'd definitely stay again.
