シングルまたはカップルに最適なこの休暇は2012年に建設され、家族や友人のみが利用しています。 約400平方フィートのリビングスペース、大きなデッキ、設備の整ったキッチン、屋外グリル、フルバス、広い座席、新しいクイーンサイズベッド。

所有者は本物件のメインハウスに住んでいますが、構造は別物でプライベートです。 ゲスト用専用ドライブウェイ。 ランドリーはリクエストに応じて利用可能です。ビーチチェアと傘もご利用いただけます。 ペットは歓迎され、フレンドリーな犬は不動産に住んでいます。

OBの商業エリアは、小売り、レストラン、バー、サーフィンやスイミングビーチとともに、下り坂の数ブロックです。

Great Location!

Excellent location in San Diego...perfect spot to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and close to food and drink and away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Close to ballparks and city parks and beaches for hiking! Kent our host was awesome and helpful!

Great Ocean Beach spot

Great place to stay in OB. Walkable to town and a lot of restaurants. Kent was accommodating and made the check in process smooth.

Beautiful stay with amazing views

I stayed on a solo trip to San Diego, was perfect for a solo traveler. Its close to everything , safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Incredible Ocean View

Fantastic view of the ocean and hills of San Diego. Our host Kent provided a clean functional space with everything you might need on a vacation stay. And there’s a private parking spot so that’s a huge plus. Great price for the location.

Great location with incredible view of the ocean.....just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown OB area but can still walk there pretty easily. Well appointed and equipped. At the same time just a 15 min drive to downtown San Diego

Up the Hill in Ocean Beach

Kent’s accommodation is up the hill from the beach in a quiet and scenic part of OB. The ocean view from the front deck is special. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great views in a quiet neighbourhood

A very friendly host, fabulous ocean views from the deck in a very quiet neighbourhood. The studio has anything you need, shops and restaurants are about 15min walk down the hill. Everyone in OB was very friendly, the neighborhood so beautiful. We stayed for 6 nights and didn’t want to leave.

Chose this place based on the pictures and the reviews. Both were accurate. It is small, but well designed to make it feel bigger. The view from the patio will keep this place on my short list of places to stay in Ocean Beach.

Excellent Ocean Beach Stay

The view is absolutely amazing! the patio oversees the ocean and perfect for having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Check in process was super easy. Kent was constantly in communication. Walkable to the restaurants and beach. It is up hill but nothing major. One of the best places I have stayed at and would definitely stay again

The Treehouse is glorious

Called the Treehouse because the apartment is above the other structures in front and alongside it, we had a glorious view of Ocean Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The one wall of the apt is all glass doors that can be fully opened to enjoy the view from the apt or the deck. Very private and comfortable surroundings along with off-street parking. It was a great stay and the owner was attentive.

Beautiful views, phenomenal host

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in the Treehouse and it was really beautiful. The views were amazing. It had everything we needed. It was delightful to feel a little “home away from home”. Kent is amazing! He was very responsive and incredibly friendly. He has a nice guest book with helpful info about the Treehouse and the local area. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Place. Wonderful Ocean View!

This place was great for my husband and I during a 4-day stay. It was well equipped, and is in a great location. Kent communicated with us every step of the way. He was sure to let us know we could contact him anytime. The property is very close to everything in Ocean Beach. Kent's home is right next door, but the rental is completely private. The views make this place special. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Relaxing and comfortable retreat

The balcony views were exactly what we needed with the ocean breeze coming in. Location was a great location for the commute to all of our touristy ventures. The place itself was one we looked forward to returning to daily to relax and recharge. The kitchen was a huge perk and great water pressure. The owner was super fast to respond and attentive to any questions. He went above and beyond. Much appreciated!

Late Summer vacation

We had a great time, felt very comfortable safe and had plenty of privacy, all while knowing our host was onsite nearby and available to assist with any questions. Very friendly and welcoming especially after a long trip from the East Coast. Ocean Beach area very relaxed and the property was a great refuge after a day in the city or at the beach. Felt Like Home!

We stayed at Kents property for our trip to San Diego this past week. I'm a light sleeper so hotels aren't exactly ideal for our vacations, but this unit was perfect! Kent was very friendly and welcoming, and the unit we stayed in was spotless. It was so nice to have off street parking and all the amenities that were provided (there was even a grill!) Kent is very responsive to texts which made the process so easy for us. We cannot thank him enough! We will be back!
