The house is comprised of a large L-shaped dining/living area with dining table, open fireplace, L-shaped sofa, 42' flat screen TV and IPTV television. Off the lounge area is the kitchen - fully fitted with wooden units, hand-made tiles, large 90cm wide electric fan oven, 5-ring gas hob and American style fridge.

The house has four bedrooms; Master bedroom with large superking bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Views are to the north and the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Master bedroom has air-con. Bedroom two has a door linking it to the master bedroom and has a King sized (150cm) bed. Window looks out to the rear of the house. Bedroom 2 has air-con. Bedroom three has twin singles (zip and link to make double). This bedroom looks out to the north and the Sierra Bermeja mountains. It also has air-con. The fourth guest bedroom is situated in the middle of the house so has no windows to the exterior of the property. It has a double bed (150cm) bed. This bedroom does not have air-con but standing fan is provided.

A further bathroom is situated in the hallway next to bedroom 3 and opposite bedroom 4. This bathroom has a walk-in 'wet room' style shower, toilet and sink.

To the rear of the house, a south facing, covered terrace has a large built in seating area with teak dining table and barbeque. In front of this a pergola and chill out seating/lazing space. In front of the pergola, which supports a grape vine is the larger terrace and 10m x 5m swimming pool. Two teak sunbeds are on the terrace with a further four sunbeds available if needed. To the left of the terrace and pool area there is a large lawned area great for children, a further sun terrace and herb garden. We have now installed night lights throughout the garden.

Our house is in the country so you will hear animals - donkeys braying, horses neighing, dogs barking, chickens clucking, birds singing as well as seeing the birds of prey soaring, the goat herder with his charges coming by every day and the odd chameleon if you're lucky!
