Nestled in the heart of the historic market town of Woodstock, our stunning seven bedroomed manor house is the perfect place to gather your loved ones and enjoy a relaxing weekend break in the countryside.

Being a Grade II listed property, Woodstock Manor exudes character and charm. This historic property was even reportedly the birthplace of Edward of Woodstock, also known as The Black Prince!

Retaining many of its original features, including a large inglenook fireplace with a flagstone hearth, studded oak doors and exposed beams, the house is steeped with character and history. With comfortable, stylish decor and ample amenities including a large garden and fully-equipped kitchen, our holiday let is the perfect space to switch off and relax.


The Space:

The house offers 5000 sq.ft. of impressive living and entertaining space for up to 18 guests (14 +4). All 7 bedrooms are generous in both size and character, which are offered alongside 4 bathrooms, three reception rooms, dining room, kitchen, and a large garden with terrace.

The property borders Blenheim palace (there's a secret footpath entrance just 100m from the house) with its stunning views and extensive grounds. Oxford City Centre, The Cotswolds, and Soho Farmhouse are within easy reach, while the nearby rail station offers direct trains to London in under an hour.


Guest Access:

Woodstock Manor has its own private driveway and parking for up to 5 cars with additional parking in the barn next to the gate if necessary. The property also includes a large back garden. The gate at the bottom of the garden gives you easy access to Woodstock and the Blenheim palace gate.

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. Contactless check-in and check-out via key safes.


Additional Information:

If you are bringing dogs, please add them to your booking (there is a £50 fee to cover the additional cleaning required).

On booking this property, you can also enjoy access to both the tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool facilities at Worton Park in Cassington, approx. a 10 minute drive away. Please note these are available on a seasonal basis (usually May-September); pool opening times also apply.
