Le Venice Apartments San Samuele situĂ© au cƓur de Venise Ă  seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied de San Marco, dans le quartier calme et Ă©lĂ©gant de San Samuele, Ă  quelques pas du parc des expositions Palazzo Grassi et Campo Santo Stefano, propose un hĂ©bergement confortable avec un Ă©cran de tĂ©lĂ©vision wifi plat et gratuit. RĂ©cemment restaurĂ© avec climatisation et chauffage indĂ©pendants.
L'appartement est trÚs lumineux et calme et dispose d'une cour extérieure avec une table, des chaises et un parasol.
Divisé en deux étages, à l'étage supérieur il y a une chambre double, une salle de bains et une terrasse, au rez-de-chaussée un salon (avec canapé-lit, télévision et table à manger), une cuisine complÚte avec tout (lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, frezeer, four micro-ondes, bouilloire, ustensiles) et une petite salle de bain, lave-linge, sÚche-cheveux et produits de courtoisie (gel douche, shampoing, bonnet et savon pour les mains).

This was a fantastic stay in every way. Our host was very gracious, communication was excellent, the location was perfect, and the apartment was perfect for us. So clean and bright and comfortable with three balconies. There was nothing we didn’t like and we would love to return!

Beautiful apartment in the city

I had the privilege of staying at this property for my short Venetian trip. The place was central to everything and walking everywhere was so nice. Irene, the property owner was so friendly and helpful answering any questions I had and giving me advice on places to go eat and things to do. I wish I could have stayed longer and will keep this place in mind if I get a chance to return.

Charming Venice apartment

Loved our stay in Venice! Our host was very helpful: allowing early check in with our luggage after long travel day, exceptional directions and easy check in process. The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of charming restaurants. We were a little challenged with the flights of stairs since our rooms were on the top floor. But we were rewarded with lovely views from the balconies. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cozy place with a fabulous location. Irene was so helpful and hospitable. Just a warning that there are many stars to climb. We're in our 70's and we made it workâ˜ș.

Absolutely Wonderful

Owner - truly wonderful !! Location - perfect - less than five mins from two ferry taxi stops and location for walks to any of the regions could not be better Facilities - as described and nothing missing that we would need. Deli next door is amazing and when we had a heavy lunch (needed the carbs doing 10 miles a day!!) we had cold meats, cheese and bread in the evening sat on the balcony. Tips - buy the max stay for the ferry taxi you can - it is surprising how often you will use them (we had ACTV) and hopping over to Murano and Burano is a must. - eat away from the main squares (though the next door San Samuel square is fine) - cost in these areas is high and better quality food on the outskirts - if visiting the islands go early but don't expect anything more than coffee and pastries for breakfast when you arrive - the private water taxi in and out from the airport is a real must so budget it as part of your trip - it adds to the experience - if buying glass check the glass makers website first for two reasons - one, the shops will match the prices and two, most of the glass makers offer free shipping and free insurance - forget the maps or phones for getting about - head in the general direction and go - you accidentally find the most beautiful streets and bars - fri to mon is manic whereas tue to thu is still busy but noticeably calmer - the sun is ridiculously strong when it comes out - bring sunscreen and a hat no matter the month you travel

Amazing property with great views. I would definitely stay here again. However it is climbimg a lot of stairs. Was only an issue with luggage. Authentic neighborhood with good restaurants and recommendations. Host was great and very helpful.

Ein Aufenthalt zum Genießen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral aber doch ruhig. Zum Vaoprettoanleger ist es nicht weit. Die Ausstattung war excellent wie auch die RĂ€umlichkeiten. Gerne wieder.

Oase mitten in Venedig

Mitten in Venedig haben wir eine Oase geniessen können. Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Sicht in den Patio und die Ruhe zum Schlafen waren perfekt. Dank der zentralen Lage, konnten wir auch zwischendurch kurz zur Erholung zurĂŒck in die Wohnung. (dritter Stock ohne Lift). Danke an Irene fĂŒr die guten Tipps und den herzlichen Empfang. Können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Besser geht nicht!!!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu ĂŒbertreffen, die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, in der KĂŒche alles da, so dass man einschrĂ€nkungslos kochen kann, grosses Bett mit guter Matratze, ja und dann verfĂŒgt sie noch ĂŒber 3! Balkone/Terrassen, das ist sagenhaft. Besonders erwĂ€hnen möchte ich Irene und ihre Mutter, sie holten uns am Vaporetto ab und boten an, uns wieder zurĂŒckzubringen. Alles ist super sauber, T-Papier, Salz, Essig, Öl, SpĂŒltabs alles ist vorhanden, haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Es hat den perfekten Venedig Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Danke!!!!

Great Apt in a cool location

The apt is super well located, clean and organized. The host gave us great tips and also provided a crib for our 19 month old son... she even had some fruits there for our arrival and gave us tips for nearby attractions. Everything was perfect!

Wunderschöne Tage in Venedig

Wir haben die Zeit in Venedig sehr genossen. Dazu beigetragen hat die super Wohnung und die ĂŒberaus tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Die Lage ist phantastisch und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Vielen Dank nochmals an Irene. Wir werden wieder kommen.

This is a marvelous apartment that feels like a homew. The location is sublime as is Irene’s care. There are three terraces, a large comfortable bed, and a view over a green courtyard and beyond. I hope to stay here again

Diese Wohnung ist so perfekt und wunderschön, in einem extrem ruhigen und doch authentisch belebten Eckchen von Venedig. Dank der tollen Tipps von Irene, eine der aufmerksamsten und liebsten Vermieterinnen, und dem italienischen Kaffee auf einer der drei Terrassen hatten wir traumhafte Tage in Venedig. Tolles Apartment

Wir waren hier, als die Corona-EinschrĂ€nkungen allmĂ€hlich gelockert wurde, daher war die Stadt noch vergleichsweise wenig von Touristen besucht. Die Vermieterin ist nicht nur sehr sympathisch, sie ist definitiv hilfsbereit in allen wichtigen Belangen, und immer telefonisch erreichbar, wenn etwas unklar ist. Die Wohnung ist (in diesen Corona Zeiten nicht ganz unwichtig) sehr hygienisch und sauber gehalten. Aber darĂŒber hinaus ist die zentrale Lage und dazu die diversen Möglichkeiten eines relaxten, abendlichen „Chill Outs“ auf sage und schreibe 3 Terrassen mehr als genial, allesamt schöne Außenbereiche, einerseits mit „Roof Top“ AtmosphĂ€re, andererseits mit entspanntem Blick in einen Innenhof. Die Lage des Apartments in der NĂ€he von meiner Meinung nach einem der schönsten PlĂ€tze der zentraleren Altstadt (Campo S. Stefano) ist nicht zu toppen. Die Mainstream SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind tatsĂ€chlich nur 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt waren wir super zufrieden, mehr geht kaum.
