In Via degli Ulivi di Caprioli, in the most panoramic point of the Gulf of Palinuro, five minutes drive from the long beach of Capo d’Arena, immersed in the greenery of centuries-old olive trees, rises the Residenza degli Ulivi. A recently restored manor house, restored to its former glory, in which the qualifying element is constituted by the recovery of the stone structure, left externally exposed, less than 2 km from the beach, with a panoramic view that stretches from the promontory of Capo Palinuro in Punta licosa, 8 km from the port of Palinuro and 5 km from the port of Marina di Pisciotta. The surroundings are dotted with historic centers (Pisciotta, San Severino di Centola, Cuccaro, Camerota), archaeological sites (Velia, Roccagloriosa, Paestum), national monuments such as the Certosa di Padula and protected natural areas such as Porto Infreschi, Cala Bianca , Pozzallo beach, WWF Oasis of Morigerati, and "Capelli di Venere" of Casaletto Spartano.

Structure
