Wonderful villa with park between sea and lake

In the woods of Circeo, 200 mt. from the ruins of the villa of the emperor Domitian, in a private park of over half a hectare with pine and oak trees, and view of the bordering Lake of Paola, separated from the sea by a long strip of sand dunes. In the main building, on the ground floor two double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete kitchen and living room, large dining room and elegant living room with large fireplace; on the first floor the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and, under the roof, a large attic used as a storage area. The vast covered patio, complete with garden furniture, opens onto the magnificent park with swimming pool and breathtaking view of Mount Circeo. The parking area can accommodate up to five cars. The marvelous Torre Paola beach is 5 min. by car and 25 on foot. Two tennis clubs and an equestrian club 5 minutes by bike, a ping pong table is available in the house. All essential services are very close. The area is full of tourist attractions: the picturesque village of San Felice Circeo, the wonderful islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene just 17 nautical miles, Terracina and the famous medieval abbey of Fossanuova, and a little further away Ninfa, one of the most beautiful of Italy.
