Elegant and comfortable recently built property, designed with good taste and attention to detail. The main entrance opens onto the living room divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with the presence of a beautiful fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area there are two elegant double bedrooms, a bedroom with double beds, a study with sofa bed and three bathrooms, two of which are in the bedroom and a main one with a large whirlpool bath and a beautiful hydromassage shower.
The villa also has a large, fully illuminated outdoor area where you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool, from which you can admire the wonderful panorama of the Sibillini mountains.

Einfach super

Liebe Sonia, lieber Dario, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in eurem super Haus. Die Villa liegt sehr schön und praktisch zu Einkausmöglichkeiten im nahegelegenen Ort Comunanza. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Die Betten sind sehr sehr gut, Bäder wunderbar und alles extrem sauber. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Sonne am Morgen an der Küchenseite und später rund rum auf dem großen Bereich. Unsere Kinder waren ständig im Pool, an der Tischtennisplatte oder am Kicker. Für kleinere Kinder eignet sich auch der direkt nebenan gelegene Spielplatz. Abends konnten wir tolles Barbecue machen und die super Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. Es war für uns ein phantastischer Urlaub. Alles spitze! Lieben Dank und liebe Grüße Wolfgang mit Familie

Schönes Haus mit Traumblick

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und entspannend. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und Sonia und Dario kümmern sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das schöne Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sonia genossen. Das Mobiliar und die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Matratzen sind bequem, die Nächte sind angenehm ruhig. Der Blick auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Die überdachte Veranda lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Dario und seine Tochter Sonia begrüßten uns sehr freundlich und waren für Rückfragen oder Empfehlungen immer erreichbar. Über die kulinarische Überraschung haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Noch einmal vielen Dank für alles.

Geweldige vakantievilla

We hadden een superweek in deze prachtige villa. Het huis in ruim, compleet en heel schoon. Zwembad en de ligstoelen er omheen nodigen uit om heerlijk te relaxen. Uitzicht op Apenijnen veel mooier dan op de foto's. Klein minpuntje: boodschappen doen 5 km rijden.

Excellent scenic property

A lovely property to explore Marche from. This is our 8th year visiting the region and one of our favourite properties. Dario and Sonia could not have been more helpful and charming. We experienced a heatwave while we were staying and they had no problem at all dashing round with fans for the bedrooms. They also left the most magnificent welcome platters of local produce we’ve ever had! Highly recommended. We hope to return!

Peaceful

Very nice property that looked like the pictures. Unfortunately we visited when the temp was 37 degrees so very warm in the nights. Great hosts to help and give good reccomendations to the area. The house was fully equiped with everything you needed for your stay.

Feriendomizil für die Familie

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist ein Restaurant in der Nähe. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und umfassend. Für Besorgungen benötigt man das Auto. Wir konnten von dort aus unsere Tagesausflüge sehr gut planen. Vielen Dank

20 years to get here

We read an article in the Denver post 20 years ago about Le Marche. It took us 20 years to make it happen. We stayed for three weeks and had an amazing time. Dario and his family where great with recommendations for restaurants, shopping , local festivals. The area is rich with history and the architecture is beautiful.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub!

Wir haben seit Jahrzehnten Ferienhaus-Erfahrung. Ohne Übertreibung war das Haus von Dario das bisher schönste und komfortabelste, das wir bewohnen durften. Die Lage mit der Aussicht auf die Sibillinischen Berge ist einzigartig. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt. Dario und Sonia sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Vielen, vielen Dank für die landestypischen Köstlichkeiten, die wir zur Begrüßung genießen durften. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Helt fantastisk

Huset er skønt med en fantastisk udsigt. Brugte al tiden på den store terrasse. Området er virkelig dejligt stille og roligt, ingen turister. Mulighed for mange udflugter. Indkøb 5 km væk, lille lokal restaurant La conca på den anden side af vejen er bestemt et besøg værd. Sonia fandt også en kok til at komme og lave middag på min fødselsdag. Overdådig italiensk mad. Kan kun anbefale dette sted.

alles perfekt

Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlich von Dario und seiner Tochter Sonia mit Apéro begrüsst. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach in allen Belangen unseren Erwartungen und den im Internet gemachten Angaben. Der Pool ist herrlich und der nahe Agro-Tourismo (la conca) zum Essen äusserst zu empfehlen. Der Weg ans Meer ist mit einer Stunde recht lang, aber trotzdem zu empfehlen. Wir wurden von Gastgeber Dario super beraten. Sensationell sind die je nach Saison reifen Früchte im Garten die gebraucht werden dürfen. Eine wunderbare Region und ein Top-Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect villa for family holiday

Fantastic Vacation!

Thanks Sonia and Dario for making this vacation a great one! The mansion is fantastic and the kids loved being in the pool. wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das mit Abstand am besten und modernsten eingerichtete Ferienhaus, wo wir bisher waren. Und wir schauen beim buchen nicht auf das Geld. Nichts was es nicht gibt. Toller Pool, völlige Ruhe. Bis zu den nächsten wunderschönen Adria Stränden ca. 45 Minuten Fahrzeit. Nur zum einkaufen muss man das Auto benutzen. Schönes Restaurant ca. 400m/ allerdings das einzige ohne das Auto zu benutzen.

Beautiful house with stunning views

Dario and his daughter Sonia were very welcoming and we found a house which is beautifully located in Ceresola with wonderful views of the Monte Sibelini and also the Grand Sasso mountains further south. The house is fully equipped and quite luxurious. We very much liked our stay in this beautiful environment. We would recommend this place.

Traumhaus mit wunderbaren Gastgebern

Mit dem Moment, als wir das Anwesen, von welchem man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Monti Sibillini hat, fühlten wir uns wie zuhause. Ein herzlicher Empfang von Dario und seiner Familie (liebe Sonia, vielen Dank für´s übersetzten), mit ausführlicher Erklärung des Hauses samt technischer Einrichtungen. In der Küche wartete bereits alles, was man für ein erstes Abendessen benötigt, inklusive einer Flasche Wein. Die Villa, eingebettet in ein großen Garten mit Hanglage, Obstbäume, Weinreben, Schmetterlinge... Natur pur, und der Pool ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Selten ist es uns bisher passiert, dass ein Feriendomizil in live noch besser aussieht als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt, und super erholt. Bei Fragen war Sonia immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen, und Antwort kam immer prompt, in perfektem englisch. Auf die Frage, womit der Grill beheizt wird, (Kohle, Gas, elektrisch) bekamen wir zur Antwort, in Marken benutze man Holz zum Grillen, welches uns großzügiger Weise kostenfrei zu Verfügung gestellt wurde. Lieber Dario, Sorry dass wir so viel Holz gebraucht haben, aber das BBQ lief jeden Abend ;-) Dass wir zum Abschied noch eine Flasche selbstgemachten Vino Cotto mit nach Deutschland nehmen durften, war noch das i-Tüpfelchen auf einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Klar, die Anreise aus dem Süd-Westen von Deutschland dauert etwas länger als in die Toskana oder das Piemont, aber die Fahrt hier her hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt, und die Menschen in dieser vom Tourismus noch wenig geprägten Gegend sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Weiterempfehlung ??? 100% Danke für eine tolle Zeit

Fantastische plek, zeer compleet en mooi huis met een heerlijke tuin.

Erg goed vakantie vieren in dit geweldige huis op een bijzonder mooie plek. Heerlijke tuin met een fijn zwembad. Dario en zijn dochter Sonia verwelkomde ons heel hartelijk. De koelkast was zeer goed gevuld met heerlijke Italiaanse lokale lekkernijen. Het huis heeft een groot en fijn overdekt terras met verschillende zit mogelijkheden. Een prachtige tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Vanuit de tuin zie je de bergen van de Monte Sibillini liggen. Bij dit gebergte kun je prachtige wandelingen maken. In de buurt zijn ook leuke en gezellige stadje om te bezoeken. Wij hebben enorm genoten!

Schitterende villa in een rustige omgeving

Villa Sonia is een prachtig huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is er schoon en alles is keurig onderhouden. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de ruimte om de villa is prachtig. Het hebben van een auto is noodzakelijk omdat Ceresola bestaat uit niet meer dan een paar huizen. We waren aangenaam verrast door de lekkernijen in de koelkast die Die Dario en Sonia voor ons hadden meegebracht. Zij staan werkelijk altijd voor je klaar. Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in deze prachtige villa.

The house was great and the host made us feel very welcome

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in Dario's wonderful house. The house was great and had all we needed. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we had all the space we needed. We almost lived at the lovely outdoor surroundings with the covered terrace, pool and trees with fruits. I really didn't want to leave. Dario and his family really made us feel welcome from the beginning. They welcomed us with a huge and beautiful welcome surprise consisting of different local specialities like bread, cheese, wine, fruit and much more. I would recommend everyone to visit and I myself would love to come back.

Perfect villa with a panorama view

We had a magnificent week at La Casa di Sonia in July and can highly recommend this villa. Inside the villa everything was clean and cozy just like in the photos. The kitchen was functional and well equipped and included even an espresso machine. There were three neat bath rooms. Outside was mesmerizing view of the Sibillini mountains, big table where we could enjoy all our meals, very sunny pool area and even own herbs and fruit trees. One nice little detail was speakers outside as we could listen to music while spending time on the pool area. The hosts welcomed us with local delicacies and they were very friendly and helpful. We had two excellent dinners in the near restaurant La Conca which is only about 200m from the villa. La Conca’s lovely hostess serves traditional Italian food at its best: tasty, generous portions and moderately priced.
