A beautifully and modernly decorated apartment with a balcony for 4 people is located in a quiet location near the beach Materada. Situated in a private house on the second floor, it consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge and coffee maker. The apartment has linen, towels, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The house has a large yard with parking space. The apartment is only 1.8 km away from the beach as well as a beautiful promenade that can be reached either by foot or by little train by the coast. Along the seafront promenade, there are numerous refreshment points and a large variety of sports and recreational facilities. In this ideal holiday destination, you can enjoy many activities or just simply unwind from your daily routine. The young group is not allowed.

Checkin ging problemlos vorab. Vor Ort empfing uns der Eigentümer freundlich und zeigte uns im Schnelldurchlauf das Apartment. Erst hier erkannten wir den eigentlichen Zustand des Objektes:Positiv:- Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden- Großzügiger Balkon mit einem minimalistischen Meerblick- Moderne Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr- Ausreichend ParkmöglichkeitenNegativ:- Schimmel in den Ecken fast aller Räume (Siehe Fotos)- Das Sofa ist extrem abgenutzt und lädt überhaupt nicht zum darauf sitzen ein (Siehe Fotos)- Im Badezimmer fällt der Putz von der Decke (Siehe Fotos)- Im gesamten Apartment ist die Beleuchtung in einem kaltweißen Licht gehalten, was einen eher an den Supermarkt, als an ein "Zuhause" erinnert.- Der Badezimmer Waschtisch fällt mehr oder weniger auseinanderAlles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Das Apartment ist jedoch dringend renovierungsbedürftig und nicht wie auf den beiden durch den Eigentümer hochgeladenen Fotos angegeben!PS: Sollte es nicht erwünscht sein, dass der Eigentümer am Tag der Abreise um 08:30 neben euch im Schlafzimmer steht, um zu fragen wann ihr plant abzureisen, solltet ihr die Haustür abschließen!

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

Gut ausgestattete Küche (überraschend sogar mit Spülmaschine) die Betten waren leider schon sehr durchgelegen. Und ruhig ist die Lage auch nicht wirklich, aber da die Klimaanlage lief, hatten wir die Fenster nachts geschlossen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett.
