Authentic windmill villa , stunning sea view , live sunrise near the Shipwreck.
The building is a real windmill which was used to make flour but after the invasion of the machine it started being used as an accomodation.
It consists of three floors. In the ground floor you will find the kitchen and the bathroom. In the second floor there is a bedroom with a semi-double bed suitable for two children or an adult.
Also in the property you will find an outside kitchen area ,fully equipped and an outside shower.
Added you will find during summer 2023 an ouside pool and a separate heated jaccuzi both with amazing sea views and always enjoying the privacy of the place.

This amazing building has been in the family since it was built ,about 100 years ago.
Our plan has always been to renovate it ,keeping its authenticity unchanged,which seems to be the result, considering our guests' thoughts.
The fact that we are not professional hotel owners but people who appreciate our homeland has helped us use natural construction materials like wood and stone and have as a priority to maintain as much as possible the features of northern Zakynthian environment.
We feel so excited and at the same time proud every time we are around the windmill knowing that we have accompliced our goal.
Our guests ,even on arrival , mention that what they see is actually better than what they were expecting through the photos.

Privacy ,peace and quiet which can help everyone come closer,not only the nature ,but also himself.
This area will give everyone a fantastic opportunity to go hiking around our quiet village , see the 1000-year-old olive trees and observe numerous insects, cows,goats not to mention our garden with the plants and flowers along with the local herbs.
Amazing sea view with magnificent sunrises right in front of the windmill which everyone can enjoy even lying down.
This land it so special that it is not easy to describe it with words.
We really hope we have managed to present just a small percentage of its glory.
