Villa “Melissa” , is a 240 sqm house on 3 levels .
It is located in the middle of the distance of the village of Tsagarada and the famous beach of Mylopotamos.
This is about 5 minutes by car. 45 minutes walking .Either for the village or for the beach. In the village you will find everything from a supermarket, butcher shop, grocery store , pharmacy, medical office ...
You can also visit the very beautiful and picturesque villages of Milies, Zagora, Horefto, Agia Kyriaki, Makrinitsa, Damouchari, Portaria and many more and walk in their wonderful paths in less than 1 hour drive.
Τhe house have , 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 WC, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen. Carefully furnished and equipped with everything needed.
In kitchen there is a closet refrigerator with automatic ice cubes and cold water, ceramic hob, fitted oven and microwave oven, built-in dishwasher,washing machine , coffee maker, kettle, mixer, dishes, glasses and all that needs a home in operation. Spacious dining , living room with views of the sea with a large smartTV .
On the balcony there is still a dining room outdoor side by BBQ.
