The stunning ocean view from the south-east facing windows is what makes this property truly special. The windows running along the entire side of the kitchen and living room provide an open space that is one with the nature outside.

The view can also be enjoyed from the large deck or the heated 30-degree pool, reached through the door from the living space. Enjoy the calmness of the surrounding nature typical of Öland - rocky landscape with a great diversity of plants, flowers and wild life. In close proximity to the house is a bird protection area with beautiful wetlands connected to the ocean, ready to be explored using the provided kayaks.

The house on the property has three bedrooms with room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and livingroom are joined, creating a large social area with the deck just outside. The kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen supplies you could need and there is a separate laundry room at your disposal. The modern bathroom has a toilet and shower. Behind the house is a large garden with another deck and plenty of space for children to play. There is also an area lowered into the ground providing a perfect place to escape the wind and light a fire and enjoy the sun set over the tree tops and fields.

Water is provided by the municipality, meaning there is no risk of running out and the water is of top quality, which can be drank from the tap. There is an air-conditioning unit (for heating and cooling) in the living space and radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom. Unlimited Wi-Fi, cleaning, towels and bedding is included. Dogs are welcome.
