About this property

Villa Dragoeiro

Integrated in some villas, the villa has two floors.
The ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room and guest toilet. The living room has a large sofa and or an extra mattress that can serve a couple more.
On the first floor we have two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds and a toilet to support the rooms. We also have two extra beds on this floor.

It also has two large balconies, outdoor shower and barbecue.

It is located in a quiet and quiet area, with practically no traffic noise, and at the same time with easy access to the beach and the city center.

The villa has two garages, a covered and an uncovered park.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Porto Santo Visit

Excellent Family property near to beach and local supermarket, there is a few bars and restaurants near by. Easy 1 mile walk into the main Porto Santo area. Apartment was well equipped for a family self catering holiday, I would certainly recommend it.

Very nice owner!

The accommodation is large, spacious and very well decorated. The area is quiet and a short walk takes you to the sea. We greatly appreciated the availability of the owner to accommodate even unexpected requests.

House was good, clean and spacious.However 3 broken door handles, one for the toilet and the other two for the main entry doors to the building.The bed sheets were super thin, and very old.The building needs a few upgrades with furniture. The housekeeper was very friendly

Fizemos a nossa reserva numa altura onde já não conseguia encontrar muitas opções que se enquadrassem no nosso orçamento familiar. Porém depois de reservar a Sra Ana teve todas as atenções para connosco porque foi necessário um berço.A casa está mobilada e tem todas as comodidades para umas férias bem passadas - tv rádio e internet assim como uma cozinha generosa que permitiu que fizéssemos a maioria das refeições em casa.O apartamento tem ainda garagem comum, que fica acessível e proxima ao apartamento.Sou muito grato por ter encontrado este alojamento e satisfez todas as nossas necessidades. A Marilza foi super atenciosa e não podemos deixar de recomendar este alojamento a famílias que procuram um lugar bem equipado e sem luxos ou caprichos.

Encontramos bicho na casa de banho (barata), lençóis cheiravam a mofo, como toda a casa no piso superior,Qualidade das toalhas e lenções fraca, sintéticos, não eram de algodão. Capa dos sofas também precisavam de ser lavados.O único pedido que fiz do guarda sol, não cumpriu à solicitação, exista um mas estava estragado. Umas casa de férias devia ter mais cuidado e dar apoio para utensilios que as familias usam numa praia.Uma questão de cortesia, deviam ter um garrafão de agua e alguma fruta quando os hospedes chegam.

A proprietária e a D. Marilza foram muito prestáveis e disponíveis. A casa está globalmente bem equipada (a faltar a máquina de lavar loiça). Fica a cerca de 12 minutos a pé da praia mais próxima mas tem uma subida no caminho e a 30 minutos a pé de vila baleira. Existe uma boa padaria a 10 minutos a pe. O bairro é sossegado. Recomendo.

Poteva andare meglio se ci fossero state le zanzariere non rotte e quindi si è dormito male e poco la notte, la televisione rotta ( non era efficente il decoder con l'abbonamento(tutto questo segnalato all'host ma non avuto riscontro migliorativo) , cmq la casa e bella, peccato

As nossas férias

No geral a casa está bem localizada no centro, mas algum barulho com os aviões junto do aeroporto. Faltou alguns detalhes no wc, como gel de mãos, pouco papel higiénico. Internet e tv tinham por vezes pouco rede ou falhas de rede. No entanto, casa muito agradável e foram passados bons momentos de férias em família.

Erholungsurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Im ersten Stock zwei große Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, perfekt. Unten eine kleine Gästetoilette und eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich. Wir haben meistens auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Der Strand war fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten Ana gefragt ob sie uns für die Rückfahrt ein Taxi bestellen könnte. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe
