¡Villa con diseño único y vista al mar, a 5 km de la playa!

Villa Hara está aprobada por la Organización de Turismo de Grecia con número de licencia: 1041K92003023201 y administrada por "etouri vacation rental management".

La villa consta de 2 edificios en dos niveles diferentes: una casa principal de 120 metros cuadrados y un estudio separado de 50 metros cuadrados.

La villa tiene capacidad para 8 personas en camas y hasta 9 personas si es necesario.

La casa principal en la planta baja tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina y salón.
La casa está equipada con aire acondicionado y chimenea. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, como lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora y cafetera. El primer baño está equipado con una lavadora y un secador de pelo, mientras que el segundo baño tiene una lujosa cabina con jacuzzi.

El estudio en el primer nivel tiene un dormitorio con una cama doble que también se puede configurar como dos camas individuales, un baño, un pequeño salón con chimenea y una pequeña cocina. Todas las habitaciones y áreas tienen aire acondicionado. Proporcionaremos una cuna y una silla alta si es necesario.

La villa tiene un amplio jardín, que conecta los dos edificios. En el jardín hay una zona de barbacoa incorporada, muchas áreas de descanso de diferentes tipos, área de juegos para niños y una cómoda piscina privada con hamacas y sombrillas. Dada la ubicación del pueblo y el paisaje, hay numerosas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo atractivas.

Villa Hara también es cómoda, ubicada cerca de las tiendas para sus necesidades diarias. En 1-1,5 km puede encontrar un mini mercado, farmacia, 3 tabernas y una carnicería. El pequeño pueblo de Agia Triada está designado en el punto más estrecho de Creta, lo que permite un fácil acceso (en 40 minutos) a las playas más hermosas del sur de Rethymno.

Unterkunft mit Defiziten

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich ganz schön, nur leider hat es an allen Ecken und Enden an Sauberkeit gefehlt(z.B. Schimmel an den Kühlschrankgummis, Haare und benutze Ohrstöpsel unter dem Bett, Bodenfliesen krümelig und Fleckig, Geschirr komplett dreckig), zudem ist es doch schon sehr abgewohnt. Wer den Kinderbereich nutzen möchte, sollte nicht allzu größe Erwartungen haben, bei uns war es komplett zugemüllt und auch mit kaputten liegen Liegen vollgestellt. Es kam uns vor als würde dort jemand leben und hat nur das Haus für uns geräumt, vermutlich die Eigentümer selbst. Wir haben beim Einzug erstmal eine Grundreinigung selbst machen müssen, da erst am nächsten Tag der Eigentümer kam und sich dem Problem annehmen wollte. Nach langer Diskussion haben wir einen kleinen Anteil unseren Geldes zurück bekommen, in unseren Augen viel zu wenig. Wer hier her kommt, braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder muss zumindest sportlich sehr fit sein (z.T. sehr steile und steinige Wege). Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal mieten. Positiv ist die schöne Aussicht von der Terasse zu erwähnen.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Blick

Es war alles super! Wir konnten bereits früher in die Finca und der Besitzer hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Der Besitzer hat uns auch viele Tips gegeben. Sehr schöne Finca!

Fallen in love with Crete

We had such a wonderful time at Villa Hara. It felt authentic, charming, the grounds were beautiful and the panoramic views amazing! Owners Giannis and his wife were easy to reach and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants too. They had the kitchen well stocked with necessities and even Raki available, which was fun to drink. Kostas is a great host, quick to respond to my queries. I would truly love to return one day.

Osterurlaub

Wir waren die ersten Mieter in der Saison. Das Haus ist sehr schön, vor allem der obere Teil inklusive dem tollen Pool und der Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick. Das Haus ist etwas anders als auf den Bildern dargestellt und der Teil im Erdgeschoss sehr hellhörig. Der Gastgeber ist echt ein Schatz, super hilfsbereit und hat wunderbare Tipps. Danke hierfür Giannis!!!! Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur verlief absolut komplkationslos und sehr zuverlässig.

Ein Traum - mit Megablick

Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Tolles Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht und Weitsicht auf das Meer und das Hinterland von Rethymno. Zimmer etwas anders wie auf den Bildern, aber völlig in Ordnung. Am besten ist aber der Kontakt zum Eigentümer - den Mehrwert den er bringt kann man sich gar nicht anderweitig holen. Er kümmert sich um alles, sorgt sich und koordiniert auch die Reinigungsdienste alle 2-3 Tage. Zudem kann man sich auf seine Tipps in Bezug auf Restaurants, Strände undundund 1-1 verlassen. Giannis, DANKE!!!

Family holiday

A lovely villa with delightful atmosphere. Gréât pool deck, well equipped kitchen, charming and generous host with lots of local amenities like supermarkets selling local produce, tavernas etc. We had a fabulous relaxed holiday and would recommend the villa but would point out it is not on one level and there some stairs so not suitable for visitors with more severe handicaps.

Ruhige Lage, super Ausblick, zwei Etagen, Pool oben mit risiger Terasse, Obergeschoss ideal für selbstständige Jugendliche oder für ein Liebesnest für Erwachsene, zwei kleinere Nachbarhäuser direkt nebenan, die Farbe des Hauses und der Holzfenster in der zweiten Etage stimmt nicht mehr mit den Fotos überein, Fenster leider in grau gestrichen, der Rest zum Teil in weis

Sehr schöner Badeurlaub auf Creta

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Villa Hara. Die Villa ist sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die täglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker sind in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Besitzer der Villa ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die An und Abreise hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, was aber nichts mit der Villa zu tun hat sind die Zikaden die den ganzen Tag laut zirpen. Das ist aber auf ganz Creta so.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed for one week at Villa Hara and liked it a lot. It such a nice place with enough space for everyone (7 people). All the things you need are there and if you need some information the host gives it to you - accompanied by some lovely food as well. The Villa was clean when we arrived and was cleaned in between as well, as was the pool on the wonderful terrasse. Etouri also stayed in contact to check if everything was ok. It is a good feeling to have someone to turn to if there occurres a problem, which wasn't the case. We can recommend the Villa to erveryone looking for an individual holiday in Crete.

1 week in villa hara

Nice place close beauty village and crazy nice beach (Baja). The owner is very kind. The house could be perfect with few easy modification. The dish washer doesn't work correctly, shower equipment is destroyed in the high part of the house. The biggest problem is the external ventilation of wc equipment. Not enough high, it brings very bad smell in terrasse and sometimes in bedrooms. There is also an awfull smell in the kitchen, in the place to store glasses... It is pity because the house is very nice. With a little review, it could be perfect. Mr Boucher

Beautiful and spacious private Villa hillsides above Rethymnon.

Very nice and very well maintained Villa in the hills a few kilometers above Rethymnon. Beautiful private property in a flourishing garden setting providing lots of space for 8 people still providing individual privacy. Certainly a highlight is the very wide roof top terrace with its magnificent view across the shoreline and the mountains. The private pool is large enough for an easy refreshment. The house is fully equipped with everything a family needs for the daily life and even the fridge is equipped with the first need to haves upon your arrival. The entire arrangement lets you feel like coming home and is far away from typical apartment or hotel operation. In the proximity you will find typical greek tavernes and shopping facilities (i.e. organic food in highest quality) hence you should have car available during your stay. The location is perfect for all excursions across West Crete, many attractions, beaches even on the south coast are within easy range. The host which life nearby are very kind an sophisticated people which really give you good advice and ideas for your daily activities. We have been out with them 2 or 3 times and it was always a pleasure to get a deeper insight into the local lifestyle of west Crete and the Rethymnon area. We definitely came as foreigners and left as friends.

Vacances magnifiques à la villa Hara

Nous avions choisi cette villa avec des amis pour sa proximité de Rethymno et les différents coins ombragés de la terrasse et du jardin. Nous avons été enchantés par la villa et le studio très bien équipés, par la beauté du jardin, de la vue et la terrasse agréable à toutes heures de la journée et de la nuit. Yannis le propriétaire et Xrisa sont adorables, attentifs et très généreux, ils nous ont fait découvrir hors de sentiers touristiques, des plages et endroits de la Crète magnifiques ainsi que les meilleurs tavernes et restaurants. C'était notre troisième séjour en Crète et le plus merveilleux !

Absolutely best Cretan vacation

The house is very tastefully decorated and very spacious. The surroundings are beautiful and it's very calm - the best place to relax and yet so close to Rethymno. And the view is to die for! We absolutely loved the roof top terrace next to the pool - nothing better to sit under the canopy with a nice drink and watch the sun set. But the best is Yannis, the owner, who went out of his way to make this trip memorable. He would even act as our guide to show us things that we would never have seen other wise. We have been almost all over Crete, but this place is something very special and we can highly recommend Hara Villa!

Ideal summer cottage for individual travelling

As seen in the pictures the Villa Hara is situated quiet in beautiful countryside in a small village not far from Rethymnon. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the pool clean and well maintained. The towels and sheets are changed twice a week and the house cleaned - what a service! The house is furnished individually and lovingly with pictures of Greek artists and a touch of nostalgia. Meanwhile in the kitchen there is standing a dining table (other than in the pictures). There are good shopping facilities in the village of Pigi only about one kilometer away (food store, butcher, bakery, nice little tavern). Car hire is essential. The location is ideal for activities between Chania, Heraklion and the south of the island. Jannis, the helpful and friendly owner can give you good tips. And should- against expectation - there would be any problems a regional manager is available (we didn't have WLAN the first days). We felt very comfortable and would have stayed longer in this beautiful island.

Wonderful family holiday

Villa Hara was an amazing place for our extended family (7 + 1) vacation. We spent 8 days there and wished for more. The property is located on a hill (near the town of Agia Triada) with a spectacular view of the sea. The larger town of Rethymno is 10 km away. The villa is decorated inside and outside with much attention to detail. It is spacious with four bedrooms downstairs and another bedroom in an apartment upstairs, next to the pool. All room have air conditioned. Downstairs is a large sitting room next to the dining table and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped while the apartment upstairs has a small kitchenette (sink, small fridge & stove.) Next to the pool there is a larger deck with a wonderful view of the sea and of the surrounding hills. We spent a couple of nights there watching the shooting stars. The driveway has enough space to easily fit three cars. The owner lives next door and was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. He showed us around, gave us advice on restaurants and beaches to visit. He went out of way to bring fresh eggs and pastries for our little boy. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and staying at Villa Hara had a lot to do with that. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely stay in the villa again should we come back to Crete.

Review of Villa Hara Crete

Description on web site accurate regarding location, layout and facilities - although wi-fi was not available during our stay (due to an internet problem in the area). The property was very clean and well presented / maintained. The pool is approx 4 x 5m and 1.4m deep. The owner met us at the villa and was very helpful. He even took us on a guided tour of the local area which was very much appreciated. I woud certainly recommend this property for those interested in a quiet relaxing holiday. Those interested in a walking holiday would certainly benefit from this villa as a base. However, a car is essential as the nearest shops are approx 3km away and Rethynmon - with it's restaurants, shops and bars is 9km away. We had a lovely time and would like to return.
